Absolutely love this place. The food is delicious, very very reasonably priced and I think all you can eat bread sticks which are flat out amazing. The employees are all fantastic and did phenomenal. We drive all the way from Greeley to eat here.Would recommend.

Went to pick up food ordered online and asked to redeem a code. The cashier didn't check to see if it took the money off. When we brought it to her attention she said there was nothing she could do about it! We asked for a manager! When he came up my husband was trying to explain what went wrong and the manager snapped at my husband. Not professional at all! Will never go back there again! Train the employees better.

Fazolis is fast food Italian food. It's great cause there is nothing else like it around. Bread sticks are amazing. The new chicken parm and meatball sliders are fantastic. Order ahead for easy and quick service. Friendly staff.

I had given up on Fazoli's after several bad experiences over the last few years. However, I heard the store was under new management so I decided to give them one last try. It was a totally different experience. The staff was polite, the food was tasty, and my order was ready faster than I have EVER experienced at a fast casual restaurant. A change this significant is a clear indication of new and improved leadership. Thank you, Ann, you clearly worked some kind of magic! I'll definitely be back and when I recommend Fazoli's to people it will no longer be just for the bread sticks. It will be for the service, too.

We ordered to go. The item in the bag was leaking and it got all over our newly cleaned outfit and in our car. They didn't send her out with napkins, and so My daughter ran in to get napkins. She told them of the leaking sauce and they didn't fix it and gave her the weakest napkins. The napkins tore when trying to get the sauce off her clothes. And we didn't have enough to clean up the sauce that ended up in my car. They were sloppy and not careful and didn't fix it when we were left to deal with the mess. It was decent food for fast food and that's why they got more than one star.

I was up in Fort Collins to visit family and stopped by Fazolis to pick up dinner for us. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The manager of the store even came out to talk to me and recommended something for my mom who can't handle spicy food. Ann and her team provided a level of kindness and service I wasn't expecting. The food was hit with everyone in my very picky family. Great place.
