Wonderful tour!
Great place for a flight
My wife and I really enjoyed the distillery tour. It was a lot of fun and very informative.In addition to explaining the whole process from starting with the mash to distilling and barrel aging., There was also an excellent section on how to smell the different layers of flavor in the spirits.
Just completed the 3 hour tour with Joan! She is VERY knowledgeable on the entire process of whiskey making. Enjoyed learning the palette of whiskey and the process of drinking.

We did the distillery tour and it was sooooo interesting! The owner was incredibly passionate which made it fascinating. He was knowledgeable about so many types of alcohol! We had to leave right after the tour because we had dinner plans BUT we’ll be returning very soon to enjoy their flights of whiskey and brandy!

We are the very first distillery to open in Fort Collins. Innovative in our use of a variety of nontraditional grains for very unique and different flavor profiles that enlighten the palate. We distil beer from local breweries, have 4 distinct Bourbons, different Brandys, different Single Grain Unaged Whiskeys, a distilled mead, and a distilled cyser. You will most definitely get your money's worth from a $10 flight. We also provide very informative, free tours.
