My sandwich was ready very quickly once I ordered on the app. It was ready when I got there ten minutes after ordering!

Parking: Pretty busy location. At times parking is tight close in but plenty of parking with a very short walk.

I've always loved Firehouse Subs, and I want to start by saying the staff was absolutely amazing. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and happy, which made the experience pleasant. However, when it came to the food, I was beyond disappointed. While the flavor was decent, the sandwich itself fell far short of expectations. It's frustrating how the sandwiches on the menu board are massive and packed with meat, yet the one you receive is shockingly small in comparison. I don't know if it's the management or the owners imposing such restrictions on providing a decent sandwich that isn’t a ripoff for the price, but this definitely was. As you'll see in the pictures, the sandwich I got was just a huge letdown.

This is an excellent place to eat. The sandwiches are always really good. The restaurant is clean. They get your food out fast. Anytime I go to Fort collins I have to stop and get my sub!

Very good when handling food allergies.. they changed their gloves before making my food and my sandwich was put I a box as to not touch anything else!

Usually, this restaurant is spot on. However, I have noticed a trend with ordering in house and online lately. Every time I order online, my subs seemed to be made sloppier and faster. Like they just want to get the sandwich out of the restaurant. Today, I ordered the NY steamer online and it was ice cold in the middle and bread was hard. I have never had that happened before with this hot sub.

When I order in store, the opposite happens. It seems they make sure the sub is done right. I hope they fix this problem, because that sandwich today really was terrible.

I had a pickup order and it was ready and waiting for me when I walked in, despite the lunch rush. The subs were fresh, well made and really tasty, had the Italian. Will definitely be going back!
