We got really really bad food poisoning after eating here on 9/27. I don't blame the restaurant necessarily but maybe check the ingredients and make sure nothing is bad. We had different sandwiches too.

I ordered a cheesesteak, and while it was delivered pretty quickly, I noticed that it was missing the cheese when I started eating. When I opened the sandwich, it contained only meat, peppers, onions, and mayonnaise—no cheese at all.

I took the sandwich back and asked if they could add cheese. However, I was told that the cheese was there, even though it clearly wasn’t. Not wanting to make a scene, I simply said okay and ended up eating my cheesesteak without cheese.

Overall, the service was poor, and the food was subpar. I would not recommend this location.

This team does it well. They greet you when you arrive and are instantly ready to take your order. They ask if you want a pickle spear with your sandwich and if you would like to make it a combo. The sandwich quality is great, chips are crisp and soda is cold. It's a perfect stop for a quick bite.

I ordered hot roast beef on toasted bread…that’s all…nothing else. Where’s the beef?
It was like roast beef flavored toast! I was still hungry. Went home and made lunch.

Never going there again.

We got a sandwich from here with a fly and her eggs in the sandwich. Never go here ever after that!!!!

I was just passing through and stopped at Firehouse Subs for lunch. The service was fast and super friendly, and the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. The food was fresh and delicious, exactly what I needed for a quick, satisfying meal. Great atmosphere too. Definitely a spot I’ll remember for next time!

Firehouse Subs is the best sub shop around! The Harmony store is always clean, quick, and they have a great family friendly atmosphere. I love that they give back to the community! Chris the GM and his staff are very friendly and remembers us each time we stop in. Would choose Firehouse over any other sub shop any day!

Firehouse is my number one sub shop to go to. I enjoy the streamer. The bread is always fresh.

My sandwich was ready very quickly once I ordered on the app. It was ready when I got there ten minutes after ordering!

Parking: Pretty busy location. At times parking is tight close in but plenty of parking with a very short walk.
