I just purchased my first lunch item. The roast beef sandwich is awesome! I did order to go with no napkins, the food is worth overlooking the napkins. And I could only eat half and some salad. Portion’s are great for the mid level pricing. Breakfast is always on point and the BACON ? is to die for!

Drinks were amazing (I would recommend the Morning Meditation), and the food was delicious. The portions are very complementary to prices and worth every cent. I'm definitely planning another brunch at First Watch.

If you're searching for an inviting place with friendly yet efficient servers, unique beverages, and delectable dining options, then look no further. There are endless breakfast and lunch items on the menu between the more traditional fallbacks to the dishes with eccentric flavor combinations that pair together just as well. With an abundance of outstanding options, it was challenging to choose! The rest of my table raved about the reliably satisfying eggs, hash browns, and bacon. I found the server’s rendition of a chicken-quinoa power bowl to be the best meal that I’ve had in a while from a restaurant; healthy yet undeniably mouthwatering ingredients and seasonings. First Watch is an ideal spot for anyone wanting a brunch with some pizazz that’s served in a cozy dining environment.

This was our first visit and will most definitely be our last. The whole experience was bad.We first ordered the carrot and pecan pancakes to start so we had something to eat since we were all hungry. I told the server they were for the table. The pancakes came out and we never got plates or syrup. Then I realized the pancakes had raisins. I don’t eat raisins and was pretty unhappy because it wasn’t listed on the menu. The server told me they couldn’t be raisins because they didn’t have raisins in the restaurant, she tried to tell me they were bananas. They were in fact raisins. The carrots in the pancake were large enough that they crunched when you ate them like they came from a coleslaw mix.It took 25 minutes for us to order because our server just didn’t return. She clearly had too many tables to handle and couldn’t manage them all. By time our food came we were starving because we didn’t eat the pancake. My food never came with everyone else’s. She said the kitchen messed it up. So it came out 10 minutes later. By time my food came my children were done eating and ready to go. I waited another 7 minutes to ask the server to bring us boxes and the sauce that was supposed to come with my food but didn’t. She never came back. She was standing at the host stand chatting and had never checked on us since our food arrived.I finally went and asked another server for boxes. I also asked to speak to a manager. When our original server brought me the boxes she told me the manager was too busy to come and speak to us and our food had been taken care of and we didn’t need to pay for anything. She gave me the managers card and a card for a free meal if we returned. To have the server just say hey don’t pay for your food, sorry for your experience and be on your way was so completely dismissive of our experience. I’ve never had a manager be too busy to come speak to a table about a good or bad experience. We will not be returning. The service was bad the server ignored us most of the time we were there. The food was subpar. The scrambled eggs tasted like they came out of a carton. They boast about farm fresh, sustainable sourced ingredients and the food wasn’t very good. The restaurant was full-ish but there was no wait during Sunday brunch. That should’ve let me know the restaurant wasn’t going to be that good. I’m bummed because I heard pretty good reviews. Our overall experience was lackluster and disappointing.

Had never eaten here and stopped by to try it due to its great reviews. The food was pretty good and good quality. I had ordered my eggs over easy, and they definitely came over medium. The atmosphere was nice and had clean bathrooms. Unfortunately, as I turned my cup over for coffee, I realized the cup was dirty with dried food on it. So I politely asked our server for a new cup. With that being said, the service we received was not even close to the standard service you get when dining out. Our server wasn't rude but rather very smiley and polite. But that doesn't make up for the lack of attention and follow through. Since we never ate here, it took us a few mins to decide what we wanted to order. After taking our order, our server didn't return to check on us until he brought out the food. We had ordered a milk for our daughter with her food and he never brought it. Never stopped by again to check on if we needed anything else or were satisfied with the food received. While waiting for him to return to check on us and our food, we noticed him hanging out drinking his coffee, talking to the hostess, and then talking to the guy bussing the tables. Then he went back to stand in the front again, still not checking in on us. We stopped another server and asked her about the milk, and she apologized and promptly got it for our daughter. Unfortunately, by the time she got her milk, she had to take it to go. She had already finished her breakfast. When our server did return, it was to bring our check. I asked for 2 to-go boxes at that time, and he said he would go grab them. We again sat waiting. He came back without the boxes to tell us that he would ring us out up front when we were ready and again had to ask for him to go get us to-go boxes. The lack of quality service is what really made this a disappointing experience. I just really expect better when a meal is going to cost nearly $50. I have had better service going to many other places.

So we're waiting for a phone repair and decided to check this place out. The food seems to be good quality but it's nothing special. All that was fine but the server was probably the worst I've had in years. He wasn't rude or anything but he didn't check our table once after we got our food. We had to ask another server for my daughter's drink. We were 3/4 done with our food before she got her drink. The server was just following the hostess (flirting possibly) and joking around with the guy cleaning tables. We ended up getting the other server to help us out (she was nice and friendlyand checkedon us again) . Then he finally comes to see if we're ready for the bill and we ask for two boxes and he just comes back with the bill so we asked again. Finally get the bill and the boxes for our food and we go to pay. The card reader says 20% 25% 30% and no tip as the options. I just hit no tip. I've never done that before and I usually tip over 20% but that guy was clearly more involved with his conversation with the other employees than his job.I just worked a 13 hour shift on nights so I only got 3 hours of sleep because I needed my phone before work. I was dressed in sweats so maybe he just thought I wasn't going to tip anyway based on my appearance or he just sucks at his job. Either way not impressed.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free
