I ordered online for pick-up tonight (March 11th, 2026) and when I got there, an employee told me that my order would be about 10 minutes late. But I'm not upset about it and I'm still giving them 5 stars for superb customer service. This is because they appeared to be slammed with a huge number of walk-in orders that they could not have planned for. Every single employee was hustling to get caught up on the orders. They moved with confidence and precision almost like a pit crew at the Indianapolis 500. They communicated well with the customers and with each other. They cranked out the orders and got me my food almost exactly when they promised, which is all that I would ask of a place like Five Guys. If the manager of this particular Five Guys is reading this review, you should give that crew a bonus for the way they hustled tonight. Two big thumbs up.

If I could give zero I would. Can’t get a single to go order right. Twice now I’ve ordered a bacon hamburger and been given a cheeseburger. I’d order a cheeseburger if I wanted a cheeseburger. How about we read the orders before we fill them?

We had placed an order for two shakes around 9:15pm on march 6th 2026. We were then told that they did not have the mixes to make the shakes after accepting payment. I was then told by the manager that they could not offer refunds in store and that I would have to contact corporate for a refund. After calling corporate and submitting a ticket for a refund I was informed that they do in fact offer refunds in store and they did not know why I had been refused one. It seems that either the manager did not know how to give refunds or they intentionally refuse them to force you to take a voucher card to prevent you from spending your money elsewhere. The voucher cards are also not valid until two hours after being issued so even if you wanted to repurchase something else you could not.

You'll order ahead.. you know.. to save time, but they won't start your fries till you show up, so you'll stand there for 10-15 minutes waiting for the fries while your burger buns get soggy wrapped in foil, and they burn your fries while you wait.

It's worse every time.

Every time I’ve come here I have to wait a minimum of about 25 minutes to get my order. Today, I tried to order ahead and got here 30 minutes after I placed the order and they still told me “it’s going to be a few minutes.” I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes after arriving.
