I came at night time and the on duty manager was amazing. One of the best managers I’ve seen at a five guys! He checked up that everything was up to standards and had amazing customer service skills. One of the best burgers I’ve had at a five guys in a while(I used to work at one so I have fairly high standards) and even the fries came out perfect. Wonderful crew with an amazing manager to lead

I've come here increasingly for the last few months since five guys became one of the few restaurants I can eat at with my niche allergy. In past years I'd had complaints about their slow speed between ordering and getting your food, but I haven't had any problems with that recently. I came in the middle of lunch time today and got my food within 10 minutes. The food is hot and fresh and hits the spot. I saw another reviewer complain about portion sizes decreasing, but I haven't seen any sign of that. My fry cup was filled to overflowing, as usual.
The staff is generally happy and helpful. Today I wanted to review because of the older Asian gentleman working at the cash register. He was very welcoming and sincere in his greeting and throughout our interaction. It was a nice moment of humanity in a busy day. I didn't catch his name, but I wanted to give him a shoutout!
Dietary restrictions: They are very conscientious about allergies when you ask for no bun. I appreciate the effort they put in!

I love the Burgers, so 5-stars there. They always seem to get the order wrong and one time they totally lost my order and made it up by giving me an entire bag of fries... ridiculous. However! I'm a fan so I still go back for the great burgers.

Bad service and not up to Five Guys standard. Five guys is known for giving lots of fries. This location however doesn’t even fill up the cup. This isn’t a single occurrence, we have noticed a steady decline. Will stop going to this location.

I first want to say that I don't just hand out 5 stars for no reason.... so I'll just start from the top. I was hungry after biking and working all day and was looking forward to this part and them boys did not disappoint me. The atmosphere has not been on the greatest these days but behind the counter I was greeted with smiles and hamburger happiness. After reaching in and pulling out this gorgeous burger and hitting my taste buds off the ripper I told them that burger was Tom Brady good. Like Butthead laughing at something dumb as hell that Bevis was about to do good.....! Thanks fellows God bless
