I love this place. Such good service and the food is absolutely the best. Everything I have had here is so good and the carne asada fries are my favorite. Love the salsa bar as well.

My daughter moved up to Fort Collins from Austin, TX and we have been looking for some good breakfast burritos. Food Truck El Don is in a little building surrounded by auto repair businesses so do not be fooled and only be looking for a truck. It will be well worth your stop. We were very happy with the breakfast burritos we got. My granddaughter and I got the Bacon and my daughter got the Chorizo. My daughter said the chorizo was some of the best she has had since she arrived in Colorado. The tortillas are homemade and this little shop is worth the visit.
