We came in on Wednesday and we had a wonderful time!! Our bartender was so funny and had a very personal conversation with us about her tattoos!! Food was great and she was very helpful with it being our first time. Definitely recommend the mango Marg

Come in pretty regularly for years now, live in the neighborhood ā¦Staff is always changing. Came in tonight on a rare date night occasion dropped about $90 for food/drinks and tipped super well as we work in the industry, but when we were leaving, we politely asked the new manager, Jonathon, what the service fee was and he said it goes to the kitchen. I replied with āso the kitchen gets a percentage of my tequila shot?ā Then he said āwell is there food on there?ā I said no, Iāve already cashed out with the food and tipped 40% and he changed his story to that āthe server gets a percentage tip outā then we tried to clarify that the server gets the service charge before the tip, he abrasively changed his answer to āitās spread throughout the houseā and when when we asked āwhat does that mean?ā responded with, āweāre gonna close soon and itās it time to go.ā and made me feel like I NEVER want to come back. Iāve worked in the service industry for 15+ years. Iāve served the owner of fuzzys at Lunaās tacos and tequilas on Motherās Day and Iāve never been more insulted in my life at a restaurant simply asking a question about the service fee to Jonathon tonight, nor did he have even one interaction with us at all during our hour stay at the restaurant..Iāve worked in restaurants where we did service fees and I was only asking out of curiosity, he made me feel so uncomfortable that I donāt think I can ever go back. Super unfortunate because I love fuzzys. Sam was our bartender and he was great, explained why he rang in things the way he did hence why tipped $40..But we wonāt be coming back thanks to Jonathon who seems like a lazy GM who doesnāt do well with customer service. I donāt ever write negative reviews, I typically try to boost up biz but tonight really got to me, as I donāt get out much and Jonathon ruined our night.

Had the best experience at the fuzzies on Elizabeth today. I ordered my food to the wrong store and the manager was so nice as to have the other store cancel the order and they offered to make my food here. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much!

High quality creative tacos, portion size value is low, creative and amazing reasonably priced drinks. Good service. You guys gotta take a page out of Mexican Restaraunts' books and hook us up with the rice and beans! Worth a visit just for beer-margaritas.

Found out this morning a regular was asked to no longer come in due to lack of ordering alchol and sitting at the bar. Totally unacceptable. We are reconsidering coming back. We are here normally 3 to 4 times a week. Do better.
