Finally got the courage to go back after last time and the temperature is perfect now so it's a cozy coffee shop again. Oh and they are making their own burritos again and they are delicious! They allow you to choose your own meat and spicy level. I really like that they have hot as an option. If this keeps up I will keep coming back. I also like the selection they had for quiche on a Thursday.

I'm saddened that we did not have a great experience here recently as I've read alot of reviews on FB that people were really happy. We went on Monday Jan 15, a little before noon. There were a few people seated inside (maybe 1/3 of the tables were full), one couple ahead of us in line, and a handful people came in behind us. It was extremely cold inside and we had to keep our coats and hats on the entire visit. We ordered from a gentleman who seemed less than enthusiastic to be there and were required to tip (or not tip) on the bill when checking out - I will never tip this way in advance again. We waited over 20 mins and finally received most, not all, of our order. A bagel sandwich, bland with the tiniest amount of the thinnest bacon that exists, but warm and ok. A grilled panini sandwich, definitely yummy, with bowtie pasta with a bland and sparse cheese for the mac 'n cheese side, not yummy. I was also assured that my knish would be "right out". After another 15 mins, we were done eating, and my knish never arrived. I went to the counter to inquire and was told "Oh, I gave it to someone else, I can make you another". No, I'm sorry, no urgency, no estimate of how long it takes, nothing. I waited another 10 mins to be given a small microwaved, spongy/rubbery textured, bland knish. It seems like it might have been initially fried as it had a bread coating, then microwaved, because it was very difficult to bite and chew. I wish I hadn't left a tip for the poor service. I was given a free drink card for my trouble but I'm not sure it's worth going back, except for the panini sandwich, but the wait would be too long.

Came in for a cup of coffee with a friend. I ordered a simple vanilla latte. It was the best vanilla latte I ever had! Very impressed. I also love the warm environment inside. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved the customer service. We a ordered a caramel machiatto and a matcha latte, they both were delicious. The place is very clean. I love that you get your drink in a mug!!

Have been here a number of times since it reopened. Everything I’ve had here has been great. Especially love that there is a variety of tea. The staff is always friendly. It’s a great spot that supports the local community. Only thing I’d love to see more of is healthy or veggie options without cheese. Definitely recommend coming here!

Fun Fact: Genoa Coffee & Wine serves house made treats alongside food and beverages sourced from local vendors. More than a coffee shop, this cute little spot offers some next level food and beverage items. On a recent visit, I got to sample a variety of incredible options: * Hummus, Egg, and Feta Wrap with Tomato~a deliciously unique breakfast wrap that offered a delightful array of textures. Croissant Caprese~mozzarella, tomato, and pesto, this treat comes from The Bread Chic and often sells out early in the day. Carrot Cake~another amazing contribution by The Bread Chic, it's one of the best carrot cakes I've had. And it's veggies, so it's healthy, right? Very Berry Scone~made in house makes all the difference. Iced Matcha with Lavender Cold Foam~this may be my new favorite drink. Apple Cider Mimosa~mimosas have to be really good for me to like them. I liked this one! * With a variety of fun seating options, a great patio, and an incredible staff, this small but mighty local coffee shop should not be missed.

Hello. New manager please??? Hiiiiii. This has gone downhill fast since the new person took over... Can you please set some environmental standards with your staff? I was in from 7a-9a on a Monday morn. There was no music the first hour and I had to listen to the two 20-year old baristas blab incessantly sooooooo LOUD the entire time. Just bad mouthing people and swearing, sooo loudly. I couldn't concentrate, couldn't hear myself on the phone, and was getting a headache from their voices. By 8:00, they put some music on - shuffling between absurdly loud, intense movie scene music and inappropriate rap music with loads of swear words. Still talking obnoxiously loud. Pure torture. A guy next to me had to take a phone call outside cuz he couldn't hear himself. Brutal environment. Not what I look for in a cafe. I had been a regular but will find a new, more relaxing, work-friendly, suitable environment...

Coffee was some of the worst and watered down I’ve had. Had a cappuccino and a cold brew. Food looked good though.

Disappointing since the reopening! Great customer service but that’s about it. Both times I’ve tried, they’ve gotten the orders wrong. The food is clearly microwaved, French toast comes out hard as a rock and/or chewy. Overpriced for the amount of food- especially the quiche! Coffee was pretty good.

A pleasant coffee shop with nice outdoor seating. The coffee and lattes are good, and there is a good selection of pastries. The yogurt is pretty and very tasty.
