Always a great time at gibs, such a fun bunch of youth that work here. The NYC is the best!

Ever since the remodel all the Vibes are gone. Not only does the place no longer have the charm it used to but they are also slower. The bagels are still just as good but the remodel was a really bad idea. We don't go there nearly as often because it doesn't have the same feeling anymore. It feels like a corporate fast food chain.

Poor service, waited 20 mins for a coffee as part of a togo order for it to be in a fridge behind the counter the whole time, and was only found after my 2nd trip to the counter. Food is good but that’s about it.

I’ve been going to this location for years and it’s been one of my favorite places to eat but over the last year the quality and service of this place just seems to keep to getting worse. The wait has always been a thing ever since I started coming here but it used to be worth it. Recently it just seems to get longer and longer and my experience today was the longest I’ve ever waited for two sandwiches. I understand, things can get hectic and orders can get messed up but making customers wait almost an hour for two of the exact same sandwich is actually insane. Then proceeding to give attitude when asked about the status of the order? Thanks for the free bagel card but I think I’m giving up on Gib for good 💔 (unless they start making the italian sandwich on a bagel again and the staff gets it together)

Ordered 2 Italian sandwiches and proceeded to sit and wait an hour to receive them meanwhile plenty of people came in after me and were consistently receiving their food, asked someone on register what the status was of the order and was rudely told they were working on it, food is good but the service is often terrible and slow. Tall fella with curly hair and a septum piercing very rude worker.

Newly renovated to include both Spoons soups and Gibs Bagels with lots of space for seating. Great selection of food and drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner for dine in or take out.

The customer appreciation wall with customer photos is still there, which is great.

Orders may take a while when things are busy, but the bagels and newly added selections are great. The smoothies are a treat as well, though only offered in larger sizes.

Excellent staff and service, good food, rarely busy in the early mornings. Definitely becoming a go-to place for a pick-me-up after a long night shift!

Staff were kind. Wait time was a little ridiculous. I spent 25 minutes of my 30 minute lunch waiting around. I got a Buffalo chicken wrap that was amazing and an egg and cheese bagel breakfast sandwich which was quite possibly the most bland thing I've ever tasted. I would not recommend getting anything with cheese in it. It's rubbery and kind of gross.

It was my first time there. Young workforce. Newly done up place. Good energy. Fast moving traffic. I think it was an overall 5.

I ordered a Chipotle chicken with no tomato and extra Chipotle mayo. The first time it came out there was extra tomato and no mayo on it. They made it again and there was tomato and no mayo on it. The sandwich itself has four ingredients. I've been in the service industry. I know how it goes but it's not that hard to figure out. Little disappointed

This is one of the most reasonably priced bagel shops in all of Colorado. The bagels are as good as you will get in NYC.
