Gib’s New York Bagels

11am Friday, everything bagels are hard, dried out and excessively salty. I bought 6...2 went in the trash. Every few months I come in hoping this place gets better, but it never does. Where is the owner, quality control and pride in your product? I guess they're just collecting the cash. It's really shameful when Einstein Bros is the better bagel.

Went there this morning and got two French toast bagels. Worst bagels I’ve ever had from this location. They were hard as a rock. If I wasn’t in a rush I’d drive back and ask for my money back. Were they 2 days old or were they just so overdone? I’ll think twice before returning. Einsteins is pricier but you never get bagels like these from them

Rarely come here since I now live in Loveland. Ordered two chocolate chip and one cranberry bagel plus cream cheese container. These were the most flavorless bagels ever. I have been going to Gibs for 25 plus years and now I'm very disappointed. I will go to Einsteins from now on.

The staff is super nice and food is good, but theres almost always something wrong or missing from the order.

Today - both sesame and everything @ 9am were stale. 2 workers there - guy on cash register and girl prepping orders, guy takes order for person in front of me with gloves on, taps iPad, takes cash, gives change, turns and doesn’t change gloves, makes order. Girl takes my order, same gloves she was cooking/prepping food with, takes order, taps iPad, takes cash and gives change. Does another then goes back to help with orders. Another girl comes in to to start work for the morning, doesn’t wash her hands, grabs gloves, starts bagging whole bagels order, she’s wearing running type shorts and after she bends down to get bagles, uses finger to realign her shorts lining (with gloves on) then continues to prep egg sandwich order.
I mean, gloves are nice and all but come on. Have some sort of work flow where you take gloves off to run register then wash hands and put new gloves on. And to top it off, my dozen bagels are all hard and stale.
Waste of money - gladly threw them away thinking of how no one there washes hands

I rarely leave reviews, especially for a quick stop for breakfast. I came in on the 4th of July, and the three girls working had to contact a manager to help with a till issue. The customer ahead of me had seemed to be difficult, but the girls maintained a good attitude even has the line grew. My food was prepared quickly despite the challenges. Thanks!

The guy taking orders was very nice.... however I got 6 bagels- 3 Cinnamon Raisin and 3 everything- they were incredibly hard. I couldn't even cut them. What a waste of $. Next till I will go to the Windsor location.

JP is a flat out winner. Remembers my name, gets orders done in lightning speed and takes damn good care of himself. Guarantee this guy will be at the top someday. Thanks a lot to everyone at the store

With food prices rising everywhere, I’m convinced Gibs have actually lowered theirs! I love getting a bagel & schmear with a hot coffee in mere minutes. Always fresh, always smiling faces greeting you.
