Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

Had lunch on Tuesday and the food was great, as usual. The service was excellent, considering. Honestly, you seriously need to hire some additional staff. It is stressful watching one person do everything in the store. Watching that one man juggle, what appeared to be every task was stressful. Completely ruined the entire atmosphere of your restaurant.

Avery, (hope that's how you spell it), sincerely, you were awesome. My gf was craving something sweet, and we went to DQ and they were closing up. Came to good times. Guy was friendly on the comm. And then we show up at the window. Just ordered a couple shakes and some wild fries. He was friendly, smiley, and super awesome. We didn't know what sauce y'all had but we had an idea that good times has a special sauce, and he knew which one, and just smiled and threw out the recommendation and was ready. It sounds silly but we live on a weird rock and energy emanating like that from someone genuinely shows they are not only doing their best, but are a genuinely good human and a good spirit to have around. It was late, and he was still with it. I appreciate interactions like that

I've eaten here a couple times, and the burgers are great. With how expensive McDonald's had gotten, this place is comparable in price with better quality and portions. The fries are great, too. I've also had exclusively positive interactions with the staff. Each person I've spoken with had been very friendly and helpful. I haven't tried any other goodtimes locations, but this one is a winner.

This goodtimes location has hands down the best food of any that I've been to. It's always perfectly cooked burgers and fresh ingredients. Keep up the good work guys!! My coworkers and I are so appreciative.

2 cars in the drive thru, understandable, but 2 customers inside are just as important?! Stood there 5 minutes, 3 employees looked at us & said not a word to us just continued without customer service. Thank you for your business of Representing Good Times!!

The Crinkle cut fries were rock hard and had no salt, they were inedible. The bambino sliders were piping hot inside and had obviously been over microwaved until the bread on the edges were hard and the meat chewy. The banana shake tasted Good, but it was already liquid when they gave it to me. This place seems to be managed extremely poorly.

Food is consistent... its on such a tight corner that eating there is weird just because there is really no room to do so. Burgers are fine but its fast food so if your looking for a michelin rated experience this ain't it.. but if your tired of McDonald's.. or wendys.. and Carl's jr is getting you down this place works. Oh... fries are good too.👍
