I had Espresso and Americano which did not disappoint, as it generally does asI travel across America. Beans were a smooth medium roast, not that burnt dark roast that most places (you know who I’m talking about) carry. Nice 90s soft alternative music playlist, nice lady baristas. My 7 pound mini-doxie offered a pup cup. Nice place
Finally found good coffee in fort collins. I just moved back after living in AU for a long time where they have high standards for espresso, and this cafe actually knows how to make a flat white correctly
