This is my favorite spot in Fort Collins. The beer is fantastic but the staff is what makes this place unbeatable. No matter the day, I’m always sure I’ll get a great drink and even better conversation. Truly cannot say enough good things about Hello Brew. If you like beer, you’ll like it here

Cute intimate spot with live music on the patio on Friday. They even have beer slushies!!! LOVED the watermelon slush!!. Peter did an amazing job and was super fun to talk with!! He's the genius behind the slushies!!!

My wife and I were on our way to walk the Poudre Trail. We happened across Hello Brew on Linden St and met Ryan and Christina (owners). After our walk we stopped back in because.....it was after our 3.5 mile walk on the Poudre Trail, and we deserved a FoCo 🍺. Wow. The beer was cold, fresh, and tasted so good. My wife and I have a hobby of touring breweries and keeping track with a detailed spreadsheet of all of our visits. We rank the beer, friendliness, service and environment on a scale 1-5. Hello Brew earned 5-stars across the board. If you are downtown FoCo, stop in and enjoy this small brewery. You won't be disappointed. Dan & Jaime Knab

There is a top notch front porch, and secret little patio out back (some day I'll fall asleep there.)
