The food here is excellent. Try the Chicken Tikka Marcella. Unique delicious taste. Rogan Josh Lamb a must. Naan bread... like no other. Savannah our server was genuine and well versed is hospitality etiquette. Place is beautifully decorated. Everytime we visit northern Colorado, this is a traditional stop for us. Lamb dishes are non stop delicious and my wife is a big fan of the Tikka Marcella along with the garlic naan bread đ. You can thank me later âșïž

Food and atmosphere is great. But man, they need more than 2 servers for the whole restaurant. It is notoriously a slow restaurant and you will have to wait a long time.

Had the lentil soup, paneer Tikka masala, butter naan, saag app, and momo entree and all were super delicious! Not too salty either.
Himalayan Bistro has incredible food. The Momo appetizer was impressive and I will return to have the Rogan Josh again. Our service by Kallea was impressive.

The food is deliscious, but the menu is limited. We enjoyed the saag paneer and tandori chicken.

The service took way too long. There was one solitary menu on the table of 6. Orders of lamb kabobs were canceled due to the âkitchen being out of lambâ. I specifically requested the shrimp kebabs be very mild with minimal spices. I could tolerate 2 because they were so spicy. The waitress asked about the food and we noted the shrimp was way too spicy. She just said âohâ and topped up the water to drink. Despite her seeing none of it was eaten due to the primary reason of it being way too spicy, absolutely no apology. Service was so slow it took over 1.5 hours to get the food and then we had to request to pay the bill. The servings were large, but overpriced and the service was slower than molasses. You would think that the bill could have been adjusted to make up for THEIR error but it wasnât. One more thing of note was the womenâs bathroom was dirty. The stall door didnât latch either and the mail entry bathroom door did not latch either. No, I do not recommend the food. For $160, I would have spent my $$$$ anywhere else. Shameful.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. High chair not clean. Sticky.

This place is fantastic. The food was delicious (we had the chicken tandoori and saag as an appetizer along with garlic cheese naan đ). The waitress was so personable and the atmosphere was upscale without being snobby. This was a new discovery for us but we will certainly be back. A great pick for lunch or dinner with family and friends or a nice date night option.

We eat here once a month at least. Best Indian food in NOCO. Never had a bad meal. But our favorites are Lamb Korma, Chicken Tikka, and spinach panneer.

It was fantastic! Better than how I remember the food in Kathmandu. Off the menu, they do have offer mango lassi.
The server's knowledge was impressive. She knew the difference between Sherpa's and packers. (Incidentally, this restaurant is owned by a Sherpa.)
Note: They don't have WiFi and data doesn't work well there (better with Verizon). No WiFi = not able to accept Apple or Google Pay.

I am a fan of Indian and Nepali food. Been going to mount Everest and Star of India for the past 15 years. Decided to go and try the Himalayan bistro with a friend. Staff are nice and helpful, atmosphere is nice,
Now the food, we ordered chicken tikka masala and chicken korma. The Korma was good but can have more spice. The Tikka masala was very bland even though we asked for medium. The place is not cheap for food that is far better and cheaper at Mount Everest or Star of India.
