As someone who is 1/4 Mongolian I can tell you this is 100% authentic they even have horse meat!

Pick your food and they cook it to perfection. THEN YOU GET TO GO BACK FOR MORE! THEN YOU GET TO GO BACK FOR EVEN MORE!! Then you get a free ice cream cone to finish it off 😁

Outstanding hot pot type grill. Food was fresh with plenty of veriety. There was an outstanding veriety of sauces which led to a well enjoyed meal. A must visit if you haven't already.

We enjoyed customizing our noodles and rice at HuHot. I appreciated that the ingredients (including sauces) are well labeled as V, VG, or veg friendly. It was a fun process to make our own plates and watch it cook. However, if you have concerns about cross contamination, this is not the place for you. I wish that they cooked the tofu for longer- it was a little bland and soft.

As a local, I can say this used to be a cool place.... the food wasn't overpriced, and you got a show while they cooked it. Now, it's $26 a plate, the food selection and quality is sub-par, and the "show" is a bunch of seemingly amateur chefs stirring your food that's not even cooked long enough. Very sad and disappointing.

All you can eat. It was good. The place seems a bit run down and shabby. Love picking out what I want cooked. Employees are nice. It could just use some cleaning up.

I used to go here as a kid and recently I went and for some reason It just didn't feel the same. I think they changed some aspects of the interior design and it just doesn't feel as nice as it used to. I will say that the food is unchanged, still very good (of course that's mostly up to you) but the atmosphere just feels cheaper now than it did 10 years ago. There was rubbish on the floor and tables were not being cleaned after people left. I don't have any worries health wise here but it just looked kind of sloppy and not like the place remembered. But the food is still great I enjoyed it.
