We enjoyed customizing our noodles and rice at HuHot. I appreciated that the ingredients (including sauces) are well labeled as V, VG, or veg friendly. It was a fun process to make our own plates and watch it cook. However, if you have concerns about cross contamination, this is not the place for you. I wish that they cooked the tofu for longer- it was a little bland and soft.
I used to go here as a kid and recently I went and for some reason It just didn't feel the same. I think they changed some aspects of the interior design and it just doesn't feel as nice as it used to. I will say that the food is unchanged, still very good (of course that's mostly up to you) but the atmosphere just feels cheaper now than it did 10 years ago. There was rubbish on the floor and tables were not being cleaned after people left. I don't have...
Went for the first time yesterday during the bar crawl and everyone was so nice. Its a customizable noodle or rice buffet with different meats, veggies, and sauces! Reasonable prices and great selection. Cooks pretty fast and tastes pretty good! Cant wait to come back!
