I came in the day prior and had a pickup for my wife and kids. We unfortunately were missing a stack of pancakes when we got home. Rather than driving back to the location I decided to just call. I was informed to call back the following morning to speak to a manager, and that the GM would be in the location. Usually that’s not the answer I would’ve liked to hear, however - it is what it is, and things happen. So with this in mind my wife and I just split the meal we did have for us, and the kids still all had theirs. Nothing else was amiss, everything was hot, ready, and high quality. No complaints. Then when I called, the GM Zeus took care of everything immediately and was willing to have the order replaced and ready within 10 minutes. She was running around like a chicken with her head cut off because of how busy they were and she was still able to accommodate the order within the time she said. She was polite, professional, respectful throughout the whole process. I will 100% be returning to this IHOP compared to the other locations If I have the choice. Great job Zeus, great job team, you guys are phenomenal and you guys deserve 10 stars.
The replacement was hot, high quality and absolutely fantastic looking too. One happy wife, one happy husband, two happy customers

We had a very large party so some of the food wasnt as hot as we would have liked it to be. Service was great, food was good, restaurant was clean and they handled the large party with no prior arrangements or notice and did it with a smile. No snippy attitude just good service and great fun.

IHOP is my go-to place for breakfast any time and this particular restaurant is my favorite. It is always clean, the staff are all super friendly and even during busy times make sure you are well taken care of. I have seen the manager help her staff without them asking and deal with disgruntled customers in a very professional way. I highly recommend this restaurant. The Split-Decision is my favorite meal!
Terrible...sat there for almost 20 minutes and no one came up and offered us water or to take our order. Restaurant is way understaffed. Will not be back.

amazing! came in late one night after a late trip in the mountains. Ive been to this location a few times before, and every time its great. food is always hot and comes out in a timely manner. each member of staff and even the general manager are all very kind and approachable. great as always :)

I had the best rainy day lunch at IHOP today. The food was hot and fresh. My server was kind, professional and quick. My favorite part was that the general manager came out to make sure everything was up to standard. She had have the best smile and attitude and could tell she really cared that I was having a great experience at her restaurant. Can't wait to go back!
