Hit the spot!!!! Had the breakfast sampler, changed my eggs, potatoes and added some avocado...perfection. The meal was made perfectly, no complaints and the waiter was very friendly, had patience and was very attentive. Definitely go try their breakfast sampler.
That day the lady gave me my ticket and it was 93 Dlls. We left the lady her tip on the table and when I went to pay the lady who was collecting told me that it was 93 Dlls and that the tip was not included in the ticket to which I I responded that we had left the tip for the lady at the table and she said okay, thank you very much. She gave me the ticket to sign and I turned around and left. They never gave me my ticket and maybe it was my mistake that I didn't ask for it. and that I didn't put any tips on the ticket because I had already left them on the table that day, they charged 93 and a few days later it appeared that the charge had been 120, they charged me almost 30 dollars more than what I paid, it's not fair afterLet me leave the tips on the table I repeat. It's bad that they rob people like that. I couldn't complain because I didn't have a ticket, but for the people who go, be careful because they steal in this ihop ?

Staff was friendly, place was clean, good was very good. The waiter forgot a few things on our orders & no the place was not very busy. I remember the pancakes being larger than they are now, a letdown. They used to bring out a carousel of syrup with at least 3 different kinds but now the traditional syrup is on the table & u have to ask for a different kind, which he brought in a little cup, which wasn't enough.
None of their child seats work. If you have a small child that needs a high chair you can not eat here.

Jacked up the prices beyond belief. Will never go back, too expensive for a mediocre breakfast. Used to go there alot but not anymore. Coffee nearly $4 and not very good.
It's not as good as the time before .The toast was not toasted all the way and was cold. Colorado omelet was overcooked. The place was very busy, not that that should be an excuse.
Food was good service and building weren't good the service the guy was eating while getting our things and the building was leaking water all over thier counter.

We ordered pickup, and the food was fine, but the service could've been better. We had to call twice to get ahold of the desk for curbside because no one answered the phone, but we eventually got ahold of someone and received our meal.Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces, but the curbside spots are regularly taken up by dine-in customers that are too lazy to read or walk to the door from a normal space. We had to wait in the normal lot for a while before someone got in there car and left, giving us an opportunity to park in curbside.
