What can I say. I’m a Cookie Monster at heart. I like my cookies to feel and taste like they came out of my own oven. That is what first came to mind here at Insomnia Cookies. First time in I purchased a twelve pack. I brought them home, still warm, and my friends went insomnia insane. Everyone said the same thing. It’s like getting that first cookie from the oven. If that’s not enough let me throw a huge, big, enormous shout out to Danielle. Ran down the concept, the menu and the history before I even made my order. So friendly and knowledgeable I truly felt like I mattered to them. Like they want me to have not just a cookie but an experience. Bravo! Wonderful concept and incredible cookies. Whatever negative review you read about this place let me tell you is a bold lie. These guys have the best cookies and customer service. I love that is close to campus so I can walk at night, watch the stars, and have the perfect date with my girlfriend.

I have been to this location several times over the last few months and I have NEVER had a bad experience. In fact, the staff is always enthusiastic and willing to give so much. I love how the location is close to campus and old town. It always tops off a great night out!

These cookies are amazing, so warm and gooey. The lady working was great help since this was our first time here she explained the cookie deals and what was available and what wasn't. We even got some free cookies in the process for signing up with the app. Overall great experience and this place smells like heaven when you walk in. 9/10 recommend.

Not good quality, poor customer service and not clean. Also really awful how they sniped this location from our locally owned coffee shop Tia just to pay the landlord more $. Super shady all around. Keep Corporate out of Fort Collins and shop LOCAL!

Real chill environment n the smell is mouth watering! 17 buck for 6 cookies seems high to me but they had a deal going buy 6 get 6 so in the end a dozen cookies for 20 basically. They were soooooo good
