Intermissions not only offers great coffee, but also great service. Even with the big time foot traffic from students, they managed to leave me satisfied with a brilliant iced coffee. I think I remember Xavier and Layne served me, and they did very well!

I ordered a basic drink off the menu with the only modification being cold foam and they completely made my drink wrong I’ve worked at Starbucks as a bar partner for 3 years so I very politely asked for it to be remade and the barista was very rude and instead of remaking it she just added a bunch of heavy cream I couldn’t drink it and had to throw it away because I wasn’t going to deal with the rude barista anymore. Ether be okay with growing and learning as a bar partner or don’t be on bar. Probably my worst Starbucks experience ever.

They’re nice but they overcharge a ton. They said they have pumpkin spice products like Starbucks and I asked for a pumpkin spice chai with pumpkin cold foam which is 5.75$ at Starbucks. They have the same menu. But first of all she didn’t even know what it was even though it’s very popular drink. I told her and she said she’d make it. Grande sized and was 8.16!!!! It also tasted horrible. They should know their fall products if they’re going to sell them and not charge you almost 3$ more for it. By the time I could say no because why the hell is it almost 10 dollars instead of 5, they were in the middle of making it. It seemed like they charged me for the pumpkin 2 times and the cold foam even though it comes with the drink. It’s like charging extra for pumpkin in a pumpkin spice latte lmao.
