**Only one minor hiccup—**we ordered a Plum Wine Saketini, but the bartender declined to make it, saying he wasn't sure of the ingredients. I let our waitress know it's just equal parts vodka, sake, and plum wine. She later said the bartender looked it up but couldn't find a recipe and didn't want to make something we might not like, especially if he had to charge for it. That felt a bit overcautious—it's just three ingredients, and plenty of recipes...
We we're celebrating our wedding anniversary and chose Japango. The atmosphere was very impressive as well as the staff and hostesses. Our server was very attentive and gave us wonderful suggestions which were amazing. In honor of our anniversary they brought us saki to start and a dessert of truffles and strawberries. Very sweet touch. Thank you for making our anniversary so special!! ❤️❤️
