There are a couple good workers there, but holy crap. It's not worth it. I go to jersey locations all over colorado, because i split my time between here in fort collins and aurora, and this timberline location is 3 dollars more expensive per sandwich, per size than all 6 or 7 other locations ive visited. That already sucks, but when the quality is WORSE than every other jersey mikes, like i just experienced, its legitimately insulting.

Today my sandwich had... dollar store shredded lettuce is the best way I can describe it. I couldn't finish it, and as the most expensive jersey mikes I know of, that's honestly unforgivable. I'm not made of money and I can't be nice about it. There's another location opening in fort collins at the end of November, I'm fairly certain under different management. I'll be avoiding the timberline location from here on out, if the other location is priced lower, there's no reason not too. If they're priced the same and this is the quality I can expect, there's no reason not to. I just wasted 15 dollars on a normally 12 dollar sandwich to have a worse experience than the 12 dollar sandwich. Why do that a 2nd time?

If I ever go back and its better I'll change my review because I hate to give bad reviews hurting small business ( even franchises) does not feel good. However, letting consumers pay extra for an inferior or equal product feels worse.

Went to this location at approximately 430 pm. I was the only customer in the store. I asked for a roast beef and provolone sandwich. I proceeded to ask for them to make it hot and was told “we can’t do that”. I replied you can’t just put it on the grill? And was told no (and pointed to the menu) telling me I can order a hot sub if that’s what I want. I have been to Jersey mikes all over the country for years and never got service like that before. It doesn’t take away from profits or slow down a line (cause there want one). A basic modification request like that should be accepted. Won’t ever go back to a Jersey mikes in Fort Collins again because of that interaction.

Literally watch the employ wipe the crumbs off the countertop with the same bread they used for my sandwich who does that

Trashy pickup practices, poor customer service, and deadly slow. Go back to third grade and learn how to read a pick up time, maybe think about following them too...

The sub was ok but I wasn't impressed by it. Especially with no option to toast it and I didn't like the shredded lettuce.

Funny. I was about to say that. But I guess they already know.
The guy taking orders at noon today could use a lesson or two about how to provide any kind of customer service.
I don’t think I’ll go there again.

My family and I visited last night to grab a quick dinner so we could go to bed and get up early and start driving back home to Eastern Kansas, and the food gave my family food poisoning. And we had to be out of our air bnb early this morning. Getting sick while driving home is the absolute worse. Now our lovely sight seeing trip back home is just misery! Complete waste of $80! I should've known better when I seen the employees literally slapping our sandwiches together and throwing around and picking up ingredients from everywhere. I'm also really disappointed because Jersey Mike's USED TO BE my husband's favorite place to go.
