Horrible customer service walked in. I get it. They’re busy but there was nobody even in line at the order station. Nobody even acknowledged me stood there for five minutes and ended up walking out $20 for a large sub is ridiculous. Also, I’m glad I didn’t stick around my sub probably would’ve took a half hour to get never going back here again overpriced and Bad employees.
Came in to grab some dinner after work and one of the Staff members was extremely rude and got my order wrong. First time at this place and I'm pretty disappointed.
A good JM location. Clean. Sandwiches were good. Always love the cream soda.

I was charged extra bacon for my bowl, this has been the only Jersey Mikes that has ever charged me.

Went into the restaurant and was only customer in it. Stood there - with no contact from anybody - and watched one employee slice meat and the other five talking on the sides and in the back of the service desk for fifteen minutes. I eat at Jersey Mikes 2-3 times a week but will not be going there anymore. I also will be telling everybody about the poor service this store provides. When I called the manager of the store she was rude and should not be a manager. From a thirty year store and customer service manager.
My daughter and I drove from east of Ault to have lunch, our $26 dollar subs were so soggy I threw half of mine away...she was hungry for a good sandwich and i frequent the JM in Greeley, however we drove 25 miles to ftco to be disappointed while hard earned $$;was spent...
