Got home & white bread it was made on was STALE!!!!

I ordered #56 no green & red peppers. It was supposed to have jalapeños, but they left those off as well. Order #01-000534-99-101764. The rest of my order was correct & delicious.

Worst customer service in Fort Collins. HANDS DOWN. The employees there are downright RUDE. And the general manager or owner or whoever he is with his snide political comments is one of the most ridiculous experiences you'll have at any restaurant PERIOD. At least a couple years ago, the food was still good. Now that's even off. I'll literally wait until I'm in another town to get Jersey Mike's before I step food in this dirty establishment.

I'm serious. I can't say this enough. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I guess the owner perfers to hire mean employees. I would go anywhere elce for customer service.
Their food is ok.
This was not my first bad experience at this location. Typically there is a fella working there who loves to throw out political um...., zingers, I'm not a fan of his either.

Ordered 3 Sandwiches and tried to order a grilled cheese for my young daughter and they would not do it because of cross contamination… but they melt cheese on all hot sandwiches??? very disappointing!!! We have Been to several other Jersey mikes and they do it with a smile on their face. Not kid friendly or willing to problem solve. Bummer we won’t be going back.

My friend chase durand wants to share this, The group of workers today all acted like their dog just died. I wanted to tell them cheer up! Super disappointed in my experience today.

I ordered jersey mikes sandwiches on grub hub. When my order was delivered it was all wrong from what I ordered. I ordered a Philly steak and cheese and a ham with no onions. Plus 2 brownies
I got a #9 CLUB SUPREME and 2 chocolate brownies. I have no idea how this happened.
I tried calling jersey mikes to complain but it just rang and rang then disconnected.
I am very unhappy with all this

Awesome!! Born and raised in Jersey! The original Jersey Mike's in Point Pleasant was our go to beach food!! Still the same great subs..even in Colorado!!
