I would give less than one star if possible. Ordered two sandwiches and a bag of chips for $28 with a tip, mistake. Received a sandwich that wasn't even close to what was ordered and tried to resolve through the app. They forwarded it to Jennifer at the store and she had many excuses as to what the problem was. Should have read the reviews. Ordered many times in Scottsdale, AZ, never had any issues. You would think how hard it is for food business to survive, they would care about customer service, but they do not.

The employees of this location do not seem to care or take any pride in their work. The entryway to the store has a bunch of leaves and trash built up. The employees are really, really rude. I don’t understand working in customer service if you don’t like people. If I were the franchise owner of this location, I would not be happy. As a customer paying over $10 for a sandwich, I was not happy and will not be returning to this location.

I love the philly steak. So far Fort Collins Jersey Mikes has been the best in the country( I drive a lot ).
Rated this as a five to get to the top. I have had so many horrible experiences with this location. Firstly, in person the manager is disgustingly rude to his employees as well as the customers. Second, ordering online my order had came wrong not once, not twice, not even three times but FOUR SEPERATE TIMES. I have never seen such an incompetent staff when it comes to customer service as well as preparing food. I also watched meat be picked up off of the floor rinsed off and RE USED approved by the manager John. I was also told by an employee that mold is growing in the place they keep the bread. Truly awful I will never give John another cent of my money.

Don’t order here if you have food allergies. They are careless, inattentive to detail and don’t want to make things right. I repeated my order multiple times and they still were hasty in making my order. Meat was also over cooked. If I get sick from allergies to food or get cancer from ingesting carcinogens then it is their fault. Not an issues with contamination they literally just ignored my instructions. Typical mindless behavior of people in today’s world. No one cares about the quality of the job they are doing just passing the time.

What I really recommend here is the #6 roast beef & provolone (it wasn't on the list of choices). The roast beef is always pink, tender and delicious - not leathery and over-salty like most places.
