On our short visit to Fort Collins we only had the opportunity to go to one brewery- we landed on Jessup and it ended up being the best brewery experience EVER. Amy was incredibly hospitable, knowledgeable, and matched the energy of our goofy crew with ease. It was difficult to choose our beer flights because there was a plethora of options right up our alley and we wanted them all!! There were so many fun local collaboration offers- from the coffee used in NSFW to the bread the paninis are made with. Every single taster was delicious and some of them incredibly unique in flavor and technique. This place rocks.

I've visited this brewery several times, and I must say, the ambiance is consistently fantastic. However, it's disheartening to see the frequent turnover of employees, especially as summer comes to an end.The brewery itself is worth the visit for its wide selection of brews, charcuterie boards, the beautiful historic barn, and large patio, which is perfect for those sunny summer days. However, as the season changes and more people visit before the summer ends, it's clear that the staff turnover affects the overall experience. I miss the rapport that I built with former employees like Joe and Kate.I hope they can address their staffing concerns to ensure a more consistent and enjoyable experience for both customers and employees.

Me and my wife stopped in and had a delicious flight. First, the location and building are adorable. There are two floors. We sat upstairs where they have tons of fox decor and foxes jumping over barrels. The beers were delicious and the bar tender was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a great way to start a Sunday in Fort Collins. I will be back for more beer in the future!
