It was 9:09pm when we walked up, they had closed at 9pm we were informed, but the GM happened to be there and said he would make a sandwich for us!!!! So, the GM and Shane stayed to make me a late night craving, they were absolutely amazing!!! THAT IS HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DONE!!!!!!

I went there due to me getting out of work late and was hungry so I took my family and my server was Calina she was so professional she also was very fast and expedited my order so fast along with 3 customers that were behind me she was very customer oriented what I needed or had a question she knew it like the back of her hand she was super helpful I really like this place I will keep coming back 10/10 place to go with family when Calina is working definitely

Today is April 20th.The deal said that there would be a rolling tray in my DIME BAG order. I'm very upset that I wasted $10 and did not get a tray. False advertising!!! ??? We should all get together and sue them.

Placed an online order the day before for an office event. Arrived the next day at the scheduled pickup time and the team had the 30 Piece sandwich box all ready to go with napkins and mayo all bagged up. Took the sandwich box to the office and everyone enjoyed the selection and quality of the sandwiches.
