Placed an online order the day before for an office event. Arrived the next day at the scheduled pickup time and the team had the 30 Piece sandwich box all ready to go with napkins and mayo all bagged up. Took the sandwich box to the office and everyone enjoyed the selection and quality of the sandwiches.

i ordered a slim 6 wich is just bread and cheese. They gave me avocado in it (wich its not supposed to have) im extremely alergic to avocado and had to go to the hospital.

Ordered delivery and shortly after received a call asking to add more of a tip even though I’d already given a tip, then it took 45 minutes for my order to deliver, and then there was no mayo on my sandwich (I’d requested light mayo). I’m very disappointed and am not likely to order from this store again.

I asked the employee how much turkey is on a club lulu and she said a serving. I asked how much is in a serving. She said the standard amount. I guess I had to get very specific. I found out that there are only 3 round pieces of turkey on the sandwich! $8.99 +tax for 3 small pieces of turkey, some bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo.I'm skipping Jimmy John's next time and going to Jersey Mike's. At least there they pile the meats on!
My daughter chose Jimmy John's for Valentine's Dinner, so we went. We typically go to the one on Lemay, but we were closer to this location today. There were a few ladies working and they were great. Sandwiches were good as usual. I would love a few more drink options at JJ's but understand that's probably a corporate decision, not local.

I know it’s Christmas Eve but come on…walked in to place a take out order, the person that helped us was so baked he didn’t know what was going on. Ordered 2 subs and had a special request on one. Both were made incorrectly and special request ignored. The cashier stared inappropriately at my wife the whole time and after a very awkward time we get home….only to find 2 hairs in the incorrectly made subs. Thanks guys

Fast service and sandwiches were correctly made to order per my request. They did it so fast that they forgot the pickle that I ordered cut in half. Didn't realize this until I got home and said "I even left a tip and got no pickle!"

The ladies working closing shift looked so annoyed when we walked in and took our order like they were miserable being there. It felt so awkward like we weren’t supposed to be there. The food was also not good as it normally is.
