Ordered a large catering order, and it was ready right in time, and the entire staff was extremely friendly. The lunch boxes were well made and the order was correct to a tee.

The store Smelled terrible. I have no idea if it impacts the food quality and that is the problem. I went tonight late and it smelled like an old locker room distinctly upon entering Jimmy John’s from the shared bank side with no one there and right before close.

But it’s hard to imagine that mother of all smells could accumulate in one day, and smelled like months of bad management habits and I don’t want to think about that when eating but I figure you might not notice and should get outside 3rd party opinions not employed by local JJ to corroborate my experience imo anyway loved the prepackaged confetti cookie
