Wow I can't say enough about the professionalism, customer service and amazing toasted sandwiches at this Jimmy Johns. I had a not so great experience and shared the information with the manager to try and help and they responded with interest and a desire to try and correct going forward which is really all I'm interested in. If I have a bad experience that's life it happens but I try and see if there's an opportunity for a correction so possibly someone else doesn't have to experience the same. And the new toasted subs are Spot On! Quiznos back in the day was amazing and these are as good. Highly recommend toasted chicken ranch which was perfectly proportioned, hot, with loads of chicken. Well done!

My son and I eat Jimmy John’s regularly. Recently they got a toaster. I have the turkey tom toasted 2 times. It was great. Today, the register said no that they were not able to toast certain sandwiches. I told her I had it and asked why I couldn’t get it toasted. She said it might brown the bread. I said I like it that way. And she flat out refused. Then was a complete jerk. Refused to move forward. Was so off putting and rude. I don’t understand why someone asking for their sub to be toasted would be refused if it is offered and then belittled. I will walk out if I ever see her at the register again. Ridiculous!!!!

I was actually behind the woman who left the most recent review (Rebecca) when this incident happened, and I feel compelled to share what really went down. The staff was polite and professional, explaining that certain sandwiches can’t be toasted due to policy or technical limitations. Rebecca, however, became incredibly rude, dismissive, and passive aggressive toward the young woman working the register.
Rather than having a respectful conversation, she got snippy and then stormed out. It was awkward. The workers handled it with way more grace than most people would.
Just wanted to leave this here in defense of the staff, they were doing their jobs, and doing them well. Some folks clearly have never worked in customer service and it shows.

Did you know they employ actual ninjas? I place an order, and it seems that before I turn around, the order is waiting for me at my door. I was never much of a Jimmy John's fan until they added their toasted sandwiches. Now, I'm a very regular customer. While I cannot explain the wizardry of their teleporting my sammich through space and time, I'll keep ordering because they do.

I just wanted to let everyone know of my experience today. I had lunch at this location, and within 10 minutes, I was terribly sick. I spent the next 4 hours in pain and trapped in the bathroom.
I have had food poisoning before, and this was much worse. My regret is that I didn't go to the emergency room. It crossed my mind many times.
All I can say is that people be careful. There are a lot of people who are mad right now, and human loss means nothing to them.
I really hope that this was not a deliberate act and I am just being paranoid.

Awesome staff here. And very clean bathrooms. In Fort Collins you usually have to hover the seat or ask for a key because of riffraff in the restrooms. Not here. Also I ordered. Y sandwich in the parking lot and it was ready by the time I walked in! Freaky Fast doesn't even begin to describe how fast they had my sandwich ready. Again the staff was amazing.
Dining room was clean and simple. Soda fountain also clean and all you can drink!! Food was fresh and tasty. Bread was soft and Delicious!! The Employees were very nice and respectful. You'll feel safe there!!!!

During the Alexander fire I went in here to get a sandwich and they were making so many sandwiches to donate to the firefighters and people helping put out the fire. And I still got my sandwich fast. I will forever be a customer here and I will always recommend this place to others. The sandwiches are fabulous, the bread is pretty good. The customer service is always fantastic. Ten Stars ⭐

They are always quick and prompt with my order. If there ever is a problem they go out of their way to make it right. Not that I've ever had many problems with an order. This is one of my favorite places to get a good sandwich.
