I just wanted to let everyone know of my experience today. I had lunch at this location, and within 10 minutes, I was terribly sick. I spent the next 4 hours in pain and trapped in the bathroom.
I have had food poisoning before, and this was much worse. My regret is that I didn't go to the emergency room. It crossed my mind many times.
All I can say is that people be careful. There are a lot of people who are mad right now, and human loss means nothing to them.
I really hope that this was not a deliberate act and I am just being paranoid.

Awesome staff here. And very clean bathrooms. In Fort Collins you usually have to hover the seat or ask for a key because of riffraff in the restrooms. Not here. Also I ordered. Y sandwich in the parking lot and it was ready by the time I walked in! Freaky Fast doesn't even begin to describe how fast they had my sandwich ready. Again the staff was amazing.

Dining room was clean and simple. Soda fountain also clean and all you can drink!! Food was fresh and tasty. Bread was soft and Delicious!! The Employees were very nice and respectful. You'll feel safe there!!!!

During the Alexander fire I went in here to get a sandwich and they were making so many sandwiches to donate to the firefighters and people helping put out the fire. And I still got my sandwich fast. I will forever be a customer here and I will always recommend this place to others. The sandwiches are fabulous, the bread is pretty good. The customer service is always fantastic. Ten Stars ⭐

They are always quick and prompt with my order. If there ever is a problem they go out of their way to make it right. Not that I've ever had many problems with an order. This is one of my favorite places to get a good sandwich.
I have ordered thousands of times from Jimmy John's. Out of the thousands they have never failed me. I had the "newest" caprese sandwich, and it was the worst sandwich I have ever eaten. I would rather like the bathroom floor at mile high after a raiders game then eat another caprese sandwich again. This is the only time a sandwich from here has ever disappointed me I have never had any complaints about JJ's. Today I write this because of the horrid taste that still lingers in my mouth from the caprese sandwich. DO NOT ORDER CAPRESE SANDWHICH, it will forever scar you. Once again caprese sandwich < licking bathroom floor at mile high stadium after a raiders game.

Jimmy John’s will always be my favorite sandwich shop. I went to this location for my usual- which wasn’t made how I ordered it online. After enjoying their sandwiches for many years, this was a first; so I called them up, explained the issue, and immediately they remade the sandwich exactly how I ordered it and had it ready “freaky fast.” Their customer service at this location is fantastic and remains one of the main reasons why I continue to support this sandwich chain. I wish I had employee names to call out that made this oopsie right- but Thank you Jimmy Johns!

I always get Jimmy John's to go. I place a pre-order, walk in and grab it, and leave. My food is always ready no matter how little time I give them. They have it ready within 5 to 10 minutes.There is a shelf just inside the door for pickup orders. If it's not on the shelf, ask them, it's probably behind the counter.Jimmy John's is always consistent. My order is always the exact same, which is a good thing.Enjoy!
