Wow I can't say enough about the professionalism, customer service and amazing toasted sandwiches at this Jimmy Johns. I had a not so great experience and shared the information with the manager to try and help and they responded with interest and a desire to try and correct going forward which is really all I'm interested in. If I have a bad experience that's life it happens but I try and see if there's an opportunity for a correction so possibly someone...

I was actually behind the woman who left the most recent review (Rebecca) when this incident happened, and I feel compelled to share what really went down. The staff was polite and professional, explaining that certain sandwiches can’t be toasted due to policy or technical limitations. Rebecca, however, became incredibly rude, dismissive, and passive aggressive toward the young woman working the register.
