I've been a pretty regular customer a few times a month since I've worked relatively close for the last 3 years.

My relationship with them hasn't ever been great, when you order online it always says this location will take longer than normal so I'm used to waiting over an hour to get delivered. The last 3 times recently the sandwiches have been inedible.. I didn't say anything despite always tipping in the past.

Earlier this week I made an order and didn't tip online so I could inspect my food first. When the delivery person came in to my office around 230pm, I was busy multitasking multiple phone calls and a line of clients waiting to be helped.
The delivery person loudly said in front of everyone "if you're going to tip, you have to sign this slip" then continued to talk about how they're overworked because they're the only spot in the area that delivers cold sandwiches.

This public shaming is the last straw and my last order. I will not continue to pay $20 for a tiny sandwich and drink that is mostly ice when they've already added delivery fee's that already go directly to drivers.

My family and I ate dinner here this evening, and boy was it absolutely delicious! This is the first good bread we have had since we moved to Colorado a couple of months ago (I’m originally from NJ and pretty picky about bread lol). Not only was our food superb, but the restaurant was spotless and the gentleman who took care of us, Ross, went above and beyond with his customer service and friendliness. Thank you, Ross, for making us dinner tonight! You’ve made our family customers for life!

Kid-friendliness: This location was phenomenal when it comes to being friendly and accommodating to our 4 and 2 year olds! They had seating and food options for them, and were so kind to my kiddos!

Quick delivery as always but I paid $2 more for extra turkey making it a $10+ sandwich and it came with one piece of turkey. I’ve bought this sandwich countless times and never seen the sandwich so thin, especially not when you pay for extra. Seems pretty skimpy for “extra”

Not going to lie this was the first time I have been to any jimmy John's I ordered my sandwich and I payed extra for the avocado spread and when I got home and was about to eat I saw how sad my sandwich looked it was so small there was barley any meat barley anything on it really I didn't see any avocado spread I didn't really taste it it was just a very overall not a great experience I wish the sandwich was not so sad looking The taste wasn't bad but I also was frustrated that I paid extra for the avocado spread and didn't get any there was no lettuce there was no tomatoes there was nothing just ham cheese and bacon and mayo not sure if I'll ever go back to that location

I went in and to get two pickles. He put two cookies and it came out to $15 only wanted to pickles. He supposedly took it off and I thought 399 for the pickles. I look at my account today it was a charge of 15.99 Denise supposedly took off the two cookies reading and I looked at my account and I see the $15.99 I wouldn’t go there

I was charged $15.99 for 2 pickles!!! I didn’t noticed till I saw my bank statement

They didn’t wash their hands! And one of the dudes didn’t put on gloves before I’ve started making the sandwich

Amazing service. We got delivery and a part of it was forgotten. We called them and they got it out to us immediately. Not only did they fix their mistake they gave us a heavily discounted sandwich. Amazing customer service! Can’t wait to order from them again!

It was an okay fast lunch. Online ordering was easy.
