BROKE MY TOOTH IN HALF!! NO MEAT, HARD A$$ BREAD!!! THAT LITERALLY BROKE MY TOOTH IN HALF!!! PLUS BEFORE I EVEN ATE MY SANDWICH, THEY ACTED LIKE I WAS GIVING THEM A PROBLEM FOR WANTING THE SIDES I PAID FOR!!!! IM LITERALLY OMW TO THE DENTIST!!! (HOW CAN BREAD EVEN BE THAT HARD????)

This location had been great. I appreciate the staff caring to keep things fresh and true to the brand- they are very fast here. Everyone always welcoming when I walk in. Hard to beat.

We eat here on occasion. Everytime we have eaten at Jimmy's John's it has been very good. Never had a problem. If I had a complaint, it would be the tomatoes. They are sometimes ok, and other times not ok. But I get that at any sandwich shop. So I don't get tomatoes on my sandwich. That's an easy enough fix.
I have always loved Jimmy John's.

I've been a pretty regular customer a few times a month since I've worked relatively close for the last 3 years.

My relationship with them hasn't ever been great, when you order online it always says this location will take longer than normal so I'm used to waiting over an hour to get delivered. The last 3 times recently the sandwiches have been inedible.. I didn't say anything despite always tipping in the past.

Earlier this week I made an order and didn't tip online so I could inspect my food first. When the delivery person came in to my office around 230pm, I was busy multitasking multiple phone calls and a line of clients waiting to be helped.
The delivery person loudly said in front of everyone "if you're going to tip, you have to sign this slip" then continued to talk about how they're overworked because they're the only spot in the area that delivers cold sandwiches.

This public shaming is the last straw and my last order. I will not continue to pay $20 for a tiny sandwich and drink that is mostly ice when they've already added delivery fee's that already go directly to drivers.

My family and I ate dinner here this evening, and boy was it absolutely delicious! This is the first good bread we have had since we moved to Colorado a couple of months ago (I’m originally from NJ and pretty picky about bread lol). Not only was our food superb, but the restaurant was spotless and the gentleman who took care of us, Ross, went above and beyond with his customer service and friendliness. Thank you, Ross, for making us dinner tonight! You’ve made our family customers for life!

Kid-friendliness: This location was phenomenal when it comes to being friendly and accommodating to our 4 and 2 year olds! They had seating and food options for them, and were so kind to my kiddos!

Quick delivery as always but I paid $2 more for extra turkey making it a $10+ sandwich and it came with one piece of turkey. I’ve bought this sandwich countless times and never seen the sandwich so thin, especially not when you pay for extra. Seems pretty skimpy for “extra”
