My wife and I frequent here a lot. It’s great. Mostly just want to highlight my man Joshua. Extremely busy when we went and he managed to remain very attentive and checked in on us throughout the whole experience. He took care of everyone as though they were old friends. Made the experience even better.

I had the spicy creamy vegan ramen (+ seasoned egg) and it was probably the best vegan ramen I’ve ever had! Our server Aviendha was also very attentive and sweet. Quick service and amazing food! Excellent experience and highly recommend!

The ramen and chashu bowl we ordered were delicious and hit the spot! Our young children slurped up the chicken ramen in the kid's meal. The server, Matt, was very accommodating when it came to the kid's meal. My kid even dropped her lollipop on the ground, and Matt brought her another one. 😁

We usually go to Torchy's next door, but my husband and I wanted to try something new, so we went to Jinya. Hostess was nice and helpful. Server was great. Bartender Matthew was personable and delightful. And the food...was delicious! I loved my ramen and my husband did too. I included a salad that was a nice accompaniment to the ramen. My husband included a drink. We were jealous of the appetizers a neighboring table ordered and will definitely add one next time. We had enough ramen leftover for lunch the next day--which I always enjoy!

Fabulous! Our waiter, Joshua, and the ramen was delicious! We also had the tempura shrimp and the jinya buns-l for yummy appetizer! Our new favorite for ramen!
