We enjoyed our dinner at Jinya Ramen. The impossible rice bowl and spicy vegan ramen were both amazing! We loved how customizable the ramen was. They also have several other well labeled vegan options. My only complaint is that the music was pretty loud, and made it hard to have a conversation.
I had the spicy umami miso and it was delicious! A young gentleman named Jack was so nice and showed me the menu and was happy to answer any questions I asked, I’m definitely coming back!

Arguably the best Ramen in town. Even have vegan and vegetarian options for my wife. Great Sake selection. Our server Sebastian was attentive and helpful during the whole meal.

This was my first time going to the foco Jinya location, the restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere! Jack took really good care of us and gave us some really good recommendations, definitely some of the best service I’ve experienced in Fort Collins!

Its was our first time going here and we were served by Jack. He was really knowledgeable about the menu and his recommendations ended up tasting fantastic. Great spot!

This was our 2nd time eating at JinYa FoCo. We really enjoy the food and the atmosphere. Our server Jack R was really pleasant and knew his stuff. He had several tables going at once but was still really attentive to us. We'll be back again.

Food was very good: Hakata-style thick tonkotsu sauce, but the noodles were considerably thicker (closer to northern japan style; not Hokkaido). The toppings were fresh and delicious.
Out server, Noah, gave us a great service: prompt, polite, and helpful.
The restaurant atmosphere is for a much younger generation than me. The music was too loud but they did bring down the volume by a little upon our request.
Very clean. Unfortunately, they are still using black (contains BFR; not BPA) plastic ramen spoons. Hope they can replace them soon with non-black plastic ones.
