Great service, great ice cream, and cheaper than Ben and Jerry's! The Girl Scout Thin Mint is SO good. The young man working the counter was very friendly and professional and knew his stuff!

We love Josh and John's, but yesterday was a tipping point for us. The ice cream is delicious and the quality is there. However when it comes to the scoops it is so inconsistent between employees and between a single employee themself it is beyond frustrating. My husband ordered a waffle cone and he said the employee didn't ask the size of the scoop. We assumed at least a small, but it was less than small. It was the size of their kiddie scoop. In the picture we are attaching, my husband took two spoonfuls before I snapped the picture and you can see where the ice cream was touching. We made it to the stop sign outside of the store before he finished (usually at least takes 10 minutes) and that was maybe 5 spoonfuls of ice cream total and he was taking his time. He never wants to confront the worker, but if the ice cream was too hard to scoop, is that a reason to give a small amount? Why would any grown man order a waffle cone to be filled with a kiddie size amount of ice cream? This is wrong. My son who also ordered a waffle cone with a small scoop got at least 3-4 times the amount of ice cream (same scooper) than my husband. How did she not even notice the lack that she gave my husband? Why weigh it? The lack of consistency here is beyond comprehension and frustration. We have recommended many people here and even brought our family from out of town. No more. How can we attach ourselves to a store that is inconsistent?

After a long day I stopped at Josh &John's and Maia was so helpful, friendly and kind and made my day infinitely better. Plus the ice cream is delicious and I love their mocha Java jolt milk shake!!

Customer service was amazing - Nick was very friendly and made several suggestions:the best being the purple mountains majesty and the moose on the loose. My hubby liked malted Mazel toff.. we tried a few samples like the mocha Java jolt! All of these are awesome and the grab n go cooler was full of crafted ice cream cakes and pints! Well done Nick!! We will be back!

Amazing ice cream! Has a few staples along with unique flavors that all taste spectacular. They also have dairy free options which we were super grateful for! We were served by Jonah who was super friendly, patient, and personable; 5-star service. He shared with us his idea of ice cream flights, BRILLIANT! Please make that happen!This was our first time in but will definitely be making this our new regular ice cream spot!

The ice cream was delicious with my favorite being the oatmeal cookie one! The staff was pleasant, there are samples to find what you want, and the servings were good.
The young lady that served my wife and I was so helpful and sweet. She was kind enough to take the time to help me with their great rewards program and also helped my wife with her gluten allergy. Price was a bit high, but then again what isn't? I'm still grumpy at what everything costs for basic household items in 2024! But a visit to Josh & Johns always brightens my day.
We love coming in for the non-dairy options!! My son is always so excited to feel included and "like all the other kids" when he can order a diary free milkshake that is super yummy! The staff are always delightful and the manager is a very kind and hard working young man that goes out of his way to make us feel appreciated! My only request would be to have gluten free cones offered for those of us that miss a good old fashioned ice cream cone!

Love it so much!! In order to enjoy ice cream I can only have dairy free so this place fills my needs, plus they make their own!! They always have awesome dairy free options!! Mocha chip, Vanilla bean, triple berry, strawberry, salted peanut butter, and chocolate peanut butter are my favorites!!! For all you dairy lovers they've got the most delicious ice cream with lots of choices! Want a sundae, or waffle cone with toppings? They make the best!! They have take out pints and toppings to go as well!! ENJOY!! Check out the Loveland and Ft.
