It’s overpriced, the workers were rude and and awkward and the food was cold. They also turned off the soda machine 2 hours before close and the water nozzle sprayed on us. Never coming back.

This KFC really needs help from mid to upper management. Went through the drive thru and asked for the honey bbq wings. They didn’t understand so I went to the window. I asked plainly and clearly again, they again acted like no clue. So I talked to what I believed to be the manager. She said ok, and then quickly they handed me a box. They were regular wings. I went inside and FINALLY they got it. I got them home and they tasted… old. Just be better. Yikes.

This KFC visit was downright unpleasant. The employee at pickup acted like I was trying to steal my own order. After I gave my name, she demanded to see the app and spoke to me like I was lying. Her tone dripped with attitude — smug, condescending, and unnecessary. It was clear she enjoyed being difficult rather than helpful.
No customer deserves to be treated that way. I wasn’t asking for special treatment, just basic respect. If this is how they think customer service works, management seriously needs to rethink who they’re putting at the front counter.

Food was old and gross, got a 4pc with Mac and cheese and two biscuits, the young man taking my order and talking at the drive thru window was great, but they were unfortunately out of some of their chicken and he politely let me know, but the food I received seemed like it had been sitting out for hours, chicken was very brown and the bread was falling off of the overly dry tasteless chicken, the mac and cheese was nasty, the the two biscuits I received were stale, crumbly, and just tasted old like they had been sitting out. Paid $15 for some nasty old food, not to even mention how little food they give compared to other places.

my order was incorrect. we were the only car in line & there did not appear to be anyone inside. I was not provided a receipt, so I cannot submit a survey. so much for a quick lunch 🤷🏼‍♀️

I went through the drive-thru recently and the wait time was extremely long. They had us and several other vehicles pull up to the front of the store to make it look like the line was moving quickly, but in reality, we ended up waiting around 30 minutes for our order. This feels misleading and very frustrating, especially when choosing the drive-thru for convenience. I hope management can address this so future customers don’t experience the same issue.

While I was finishing my meal, I noticed Leo cleaning the lobby. I was playing on my phone and taking my time. Leo didn’t mind and made his way around me. After I was finished, he noticed I was done and asked if he could remove my trash and take my tray. I agreed. He thanked me for visiting and encouraged me to come back and visit again soon. He wished me a good day and sent me out with a smile.

Man!! 🤯 No one ever takes time to appreciate customers anymore. I was thoroughly impressed by this guys hospitality skills.

Here’s the kicker, I used to manage KFC for KBP. So, I’m super observant when it comes to things like this. I’m glad I stopped in. This guy made my visit enjoyable.

Completely disappointing, 👎 management was having a bad day ( clearly ) . The problem in my opinion, management had no direction in controlling employee performance. The place was a mess! Food was terrible, other people in the building felt discouraged. KFC needs to clean up there policy with store values

I'm very sorry to say that we stopped there to get some food, but we had to leave because the place was filthy and disgusting. I also felt sorry to see a young lady working alone, trying to handle all the drive-thru orders by herself. I would never go back to a KFC again. This location is a clear example of poor management, and the owners should seriously pay attention to their business. Not recommended at all.

Got 8 pieces of chicken for $10 on their Tuesday special. What a deal! Used the driveup and took it home. 4 big thighs, 4 nice-size legs. I had to resist the temptation to get any sides which would've doubled the price. Made my own coleslaw when I got home.

Came in here for an order and these people were just standing around occasionally look at me but not say anything finally someone ses there working on your order now so I wait about 10 minutes just to realize they already had it done just needed to be put in a bucket it took 2 seconds and they just star at you like they have no idea what’s going on
