I ordered pizza and was given a delivery time. I called 30 minutes after it was supposed to be here, and they told me it would be another hour.

Crazy Karls makes consistently excellent pizza. Don't forget to also check out Totally 80's pizza, which I slightly prefer and which has a much more fun location.
Great pizza, especially the GF crust as it is incredible and hard to tell it is GF. They have several other options for those not wanting pizza and a good kids menu as well. Not amazing deserts but they do have good cinnamon knots as an option and lots of beers and specials on them as well, cheers!
The gluten-free pizza was so good! While they can't guarantee no cross contamination, I'm very sensitive and had no issues.
They seemed to be short staffed the afternoon we went, with tables staying dirty and slow service. It was my first time there, so it may be a one-off.
Great daily deals and a very sports fan friendly environment! Bartenders are fun and food is above average, they ain’t lying when they call the place KRAZY Karls
Was told that it would be 50 minutes but it took an hour and a half just for them to forget to make part of the order. First and last time I will go here

The best Hawaiian pizza I’ve had out west, period. - a Jersey pizza snob lol 🍕🥰
The food was DELICIOUS. However, we came in around 3pm on a Saturday so it wasn’t very busy and service was pretty slow. We didn’t get checked on at all during the entire meal.

Great food and always busy! Honestly, I don't know what some people's problem is. I always get great service, and expect that if I order PIZZA on a FRIDAY or SATURDAY that its going to be busy and take a bit longer than normal. Find me a restaurant that doesn't have that problem. Keep it up Crazy Karls!
