I ate two Krispy Kreme glazed donuts yesterday at lunch. I went for a nap at 3:00, woke up at 6:00 PM and thought it was 6:00 A.M. the next day! .I got up and went to the kitchen for breakfast, and couldn't understand why it was getting dark! There is something in the donuts that confuses a brain!

Let me start this review by saying that I truly feel for the employees, who looked to be mostly kids in their teens and early twenties. I went during the Harry Potter Houses promotion on a Saturday morning and things were understandably chaotic. Children everywhere, ridiculous orders, and there wasn’t a manager or lead in sight, at least to my eyes. They all need and deserve some training in all aspects of food and customer service, and someone needs to get a competent leader on that floor, stat.
The level of organization was abysmal. I placed a mobile order to-go about ten minutes before I arrived. I know that’s close, so I wouldn’t have minded waiting a few minutes, but I still ended up waiting almost 15 minutes in the store while several other orders were placed and sent out right in front of me, which completely defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. I stood in front of the cashier for several minutes while she did other tasks, refusing to acknowledge me. When she did finally give me her attention, she realized right away that I had a mobile order, asked for my name, and proceeded to take an additional ten minutes to fill my order of two donuts and a latte.
Unsurprisingly, I wasn’t the only one with this problem. I overheard the guy in line behind me request his mobile order as well, that he had placed his the night before. The cashier let him know that they were out of the donut he had specifically ordered for, and didn’t have his order ready despite having placed the order a day in advance.
I’m not sure what first-come-first-served means to Krispy Kreme, but if someone orders a day in advance, their order is almost certainly “first” and should be filled first, not to mention ready to go when they come in. Otherwise, remove the mobile ordering function in the app as it’s seriously a waste of everyone’s time and energy.
When my order finally was filled, the cashier didn’t call it out and didn’t place it in the mobile order station. She set it next to it on the counter, as far back from the customers as it could go, and it was only by chance that I noticed it was there when the guy behind me got his order filled and picked it up. Meanwhile my donuts were just sitting there going stale while my coffee got cold. I had to stretch all the way across the counter to get it, and the staff continued to ignore me.
Needless to say there was no structure in place or someone that the other staff could look to for guidance. Along with several other of the reviewers here, I think this is likely to be my last visit. Lamars and Donut Haus (Loveland) are much safer bets for much higher quality.

Everyone knows that Krispy Kreme makes consistently good doughnuts. They're a little overpriced in my opinion but most doughnut places seem to be. I hate to see the corporations make it hard on local businesses but the local businesses also seem to charge a bit too much as well. Try it out and also support the locals, then decide for yourself.

The review is damaged terribly by the staffing. The Staff are nice when they help. But the management has gone through multiple promotional days without hiring a 2nd person the work the front.
I’m in line for the free doughnut week and the 12 promo thing and they have one person working one of the 3 registers. They have two employees sitting on the office with the door open so the 70 ppl in line can see them and the line is moving at a snails pace.
This could be fixed with either a smart scheduling system or an AI program that would surely tell them to have another employee working the cashier.
Love the doughnuts. The two employees who chatted with us are great. Those dudes sitting in the office should close the door so we can’t see them if they’re on break.

Visited Ft Collins location for first time today, May 30. Got 1 glazed donut & 1 glazed cinnamon roll. Both were good, but a little pricey, I feel.
$3.49 for the cinnamon roll, which was rather small. Wouldn't go there on a regular basis; just as a treat now & then, because of the variety. Otherwise, the grocery stores' donuts are basically as good & not so pricey.

The lady behind the counter was extremely friendly and patient. I knew she was busy but she took the time to do everything she needed to figure out my order with me that I placed online and put it in correctly and make sure everything was charged accordingly. Donuts were fresh, warm and delicious 😋

Took my money from my card then the chick at the register proceeded to tell me that it was pending even though the card machine told me that nothing was due so I checked my Credit card account and it they did take money out. So now I still have to pay and got nothing in return. Won't be going here again. P.S not the first time we've had issues at this location.
