Best ramen in Fort Collins. The service is great, fast, and efficient and the ramen is good every single time. Even if there is a wait, we never have to wait long and they are on top of it!

Food was good. Workers who deal with customers need to be fluent in English.

I can’t say enough about how lovely this restaurant is- don’t hesitate to go and enjoy their food and impeccable service. We tried the gyoza, shumai, shoyu, and tonkatsu. The spicy tonkatsu was very manageable for the spice-lover- the mild shoyu brought our friend to her limit with respect to spice. The service was absolutely lovely, kind, and quick. We will definitely be back.

I ordered door dash so I cant say anything to the service and atmosphere but I ordered Tonkotsu ramen with pork, seaweed, fish cakes, bamboo shoots and a soft boiled egg with medium spice. To drink I had a brown sugar boba milk tea and a mango mochi for a dessert.
Ramen: The noodles and toppings were separate to keep everything from getting soggy. The noodles were soft for my taste but that is a preference. I was disappointed to only get half of the soft boiled egg but the egg itself had a jammy yolk. The pork was great. It was tender and was not overly fatty. The seaweed and fish cakes were standard, no complaints. I would have preferred larger bamboo shoot chunks, because I'm a HUGE fan of bamboo shoots. The bamboo shoots were still delicious. The broth itself was creamy and tasted great with a perfect amount of spice. The proportions are reasonable and I did get full. 8/10
Brown sugar boba milk tea: The amount of ice was perfect. I've gotten milk tea were the boba was hard because the ice made the pearls too cold. It wasn't too sweet which is easy to do with the brown sugar. My only critique is the tinniest bit bitter. It could be because the tea was brewed too long or the brown sugar syrup over cooked. It wasn't overwhelming where you cant finish but I did notice. 9/10
Mango Mochi: I expected there to be 2 or 3 but there was only 1 for $2.50. I did get delivery so it was melted but that's a given. I was not the biggest fan of it but I think it was because melted. 6/10
Other: They gave a fork with the food which I understand but I wish there were chop sticks. The price is worth it. You are paying for both a delicious and nutritious food. Fiber, protein, and carbs.
Overall a 8/10 would recommend!

Kujira is PHENOMENAL!!! The service is impeccably quick and everything we tried was incredible. From the takoyaki, to the sexy roll, and the tonkotsu ramen. The portions are generous and prices are reasonable compared to other ramen places in town. One of the best ramen places around for sure.

Everything was amazing. Spicy chicken ramen was the best I’ve ever had - the spicy salmon role, even the miso soup was next level. We will be back!

Food was really good however the service was very disappointing. Felt like we were bothering our server any time we needed anything. Hopefully he was just having a bad day

The food is always amazing. Warming and filling but tonight it was freezing cold. The air was blowing so cold it actually cooled our Ramen down almost too much. Cold

Best ramen in FOCO
Good ramen, great service, great atmosphere.
The sushi has a little room for improvement. The salmon roll was a bit warm and wasn't quite as flavorful as other good sushi restaurants. I thought that the fish was supposed to be on ice until the last minute when it is served.

The portion size was quite generous, but the karaage chicken was over-fried and too hard.

Definitely a wonderful find for a Japanese restaurant. We were driving through Ft Collins on the way to Idaho and stayed in the area overnight we were looking for a good Asian restaurant. Oh boy, did we find it! The restaurant boasts a large interior with many Japanese & Japanime design elements. It feels very minimalist meets cozy. The menu has all the standard Japanese staples one would expect to find and some fusion options that weren’t expected but very glad they offered - think xiaolong bao (chinese soup dumplings) or shrimp shumai (Cantonese egg wrapper shrimp dumplings). We ordered the xiaolong bao and were pleased with the taste of the dumplings (4 per order) and dipping sauce. We also ordered tonkotsu (regular comes with bamboo) ramen made spicy and the spicy tonkotsu (no bamboo but comes with mushroom) ramen. The flavor was some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The pork chashu was thankfully on the more lean side - which was a nice finish… sometimes there’s WAY too much fat - not so here. Our teas were refilled without having to be empty or having to ask for them. Very nice service but he staff. The food came out in a pretty timely manner. The only negative thing was the kitchen ventilation wasn’t super great so we left the restaurant smelling very strongly of smokey Asian food… which is a bit of a bummer when that leads to your hotel room smelling of smokey Asian food for the rest of the stay. I’d definitely come back, even with the less than great kitchen ventilation.
