Ordered chicken katsu and rainbow roll to-go. They put both items in the same bag which made the rainbow roll very warm - which makes it taste a decent bit worse.
The rainbow roll had avocado that had turned brown which didn't exactly inspire confidence for the freshness of the raw fish. The chicken katsu was quite good. Rice was perfect, crispy breading, juicy chicken.
It was 40 min before closing when I ordered but still expected better for 4.6 stars.

It is mind blowing that we have such a good ramen restaurant in FoCo. The noodles spoon the broth for you, the flavors are balanced and bold, and the spice is on point. It's hard to find ramen this good in this hemisphere, and I am so thankful it is so close by.

The atmosphere is dimly lit and cozy, the service was friendly and accommodating, and the ramen was the star of the show. I had the seafood ramen with vegan miso broth and it was exceptional. Easily one of the best broths I've ever had.

Horrible experience. Seen a waitress attack on of the cooks and start slapping him. Every 45 seconds a different waiter came to check on us. Probably would never go back to this place. Dont get the $9 beer, pure waste.

First time here but it won't be the last. It was so delicious! Very kind friendly customer service, affordable prices and quick. I had the spicy beef ramen and the broth was such a great flavor and beef was really good as well. A few pieces had too much fat but still really good. My hubby had the beef fried rice and he said it's the best he's ever had. I highly suggest checking them out!

I’m almost ashamed to say I’ve never had anything but Ramen here. It’s good, solid, tasty Ramen. Place is clean with quick, efficient and friendly service. I particularly like the chili pork which has kimchi in it. It’s just enough to give you that taste without being overpowering. I also like the tonkatsu on a cold day. It just works.
The other thing that I appreciate at Kujira are the napkins. It’s a small thing but having nice thick napkins just elevated the experience.
It’s a lovely place to stop for lunch. As far as ramen goes this is one of the best in Fort Collins.
This was my first time here and I wanted to get something warm on a cold night after work. The staff were so welcoming, and the food was amazing.

We used to come here all the time. Unfortunately has went downhill. Everything is made differently now. Shishisto peppers were barely cooked. Ramen broth was very watery. Not sure what happened maybe it was just a bad day
