Maybe the best sandwich in town. The only reason I say maybe is the fact that I haven't had every sandwich in Fort Collins. That being said, my favorite sandwich in town. Always go for the baguette sandwiches.
Fresh bread, cold cuts, and cheese all for a fantastic value. The Paris Royale is perfectly executed and is my go-to. Having grown up in Europe, I appreciate that the owner(s) care about delivering on both quality and the authenticity.
Popped in today for the first time and couldn’t decide which sandwich to order… There were so many great options! I landed on the Au Poivre (limited edition) and was very happy with my choice. Fresh ingredients, wonderful flavors, amazing and friendly service!
