Lima Coffee Roasters - Foothills Mall Coffee Bar

This review is long overdue! Lima Coffee Roasters is one of my two favorite coffee shops in town (and local). I visit the Foothills Mall location and the Mason St location. I love grabbing a coffee while shopping at the mall, and enjoy the atmosphere, space and local foods at the Mason St location. Their upside down latte is one of my favorite drinks, along with the chai, and their seasonal drinks! Staff is always friendly, professional and helpful. The manager at the Foothills location, Layton, is phenomenal!

We LOVE Lima and enjoy visiting the mall kiosk. Layton is our favorite barista in town. We regularly come up with reasons to need to go to the mall instead of the Lima right by our house. ❤️

I’ve been coming here for years and I love it so much! The workers are amazing, pleasant and willing to answer all of my questions. I’m gluten and dairy free and they have so many amazing options! My regular order is a chaggaccino and a gluten free pumpkin loaf. The shop is locally owned and I’d highly suggest this coffee shop wether you’re in the mall and shopping or in the area!

My favorite spot to stop by that’s close to my office. I enjoy chatting with Layton when I’m in. Layton takes the time to have a personable conversation, has always been kind, and makes great cup of coffee!

Layton served me and my friend there, and they were one of the best batistas I've ever seen. We ordered extra espresso in our pineapple lime espresso tonics, and he added extra sweetener on the house to balance it out. Super great drinks, and super great service! I'll definitely be coming back again.

I went on Friday July 19th @2:37pm. Layton was Rude from the second I encountered him. He set my Latte down and just tossed a lid on the counter my way. My husband came walking up and oddly was handed his coffee with a lid and told to have a nice day. Lima was my favorite coffee shop unfortunately with employees as Rude as that I won't return. Layton should learn some proper customer service skills!
