Lima Coffee Roasters - Old Town Coffee Shop

I am from out of town and was attracted to this place because I spent time in Peru and Lima and think some of the best coffee comes from that country. I learned that the name Lima is the name of the owner LOL, but it did not disappoint. The light roast drip was wonderfully smooth in aroma, taste and flavor. The homemade scones was absolutely delicious and fresh. I sat out side early on Sunday morning reading the paper and enjoying my coffee. Service is attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I'll be back!

Lima’s 11:11 blend is one of my favorites. I love to visit Lima when I am in Fort Collins, which is unfortunately less frequent these days. I have an espresso machine at home and order the big bag of beans once a month! I believe I received a funky batch (few and FAR between) and reached out to Lima. They took care of it immediately and I had a new bag on my porch the following day. I receive hand-written notes and stickers with my orders. It’s a sweet personal touch and a good reminder to support local families & their dreams. Thank you, Lima Family!!

Great coffee shop with excellent croissants. The baristas are friendly and knowledgeable. They are happy to adjust the drink to your liking. I preferred my espresso drink a little hotter than they typically make it. Their croissants are flaky, fresh, and buttery. Made daily by the local French patisserie, La Creperie. The ambiance is very comfortable with pleasant outdoor seating. We are traveling through town, but I would make a point to stop here again on a future trip.

Amazing coffee shop, best franchise in town. Long time customer. But can y’all please improve your outdoor WiFi situation. It’s almost unusable and super spotty in some of the seats! Would love to work outside here more.

Must visit coffee shop when visiting. A local roaster and coffee shop all the locals love. Family owned, it’s great! We use the beans at our office, home and enjoy a visit too!

I was on the hunt for a great coffee shop and just happened to stumble into Lima—so glad I did. The barista was super friendly and welcoming, and the coffee was spot on. I got a vanilla almond milk latte and it was perfect. The shop itself is spacious, comfortable, and has a great vibe. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

Consistently the most hospitable coffee shop I've walked into (all locations)! The baristas seem genuinely happy to be there and glad to see you. I also appreciate that they treat my dog with that same level of kindness. ;) Excellent customer service + great coffee, croissants, and pup cups. ¨̮

Beautiful space with tons of seating and natural light. The baristas were very nice and personable. Loved the avocado toast. My matcha latte was pretty good, just a bit too milky. I also tried their Ube latte and really enjoyed it.

The absolute weakest most bitter coffe I've ever had, by a long shot. 2 day old convenience store coffee is better. NEVER AGAIN!

We had a great experience visiting Lima! All of their seasonal beverages were so creative and delicious! We tried the cookie flat white, cranberry orange espresso tonic, mistletoe matcha, and white chocolate hazelnut cold brew. Rose, Sam, and Azran were amazing!

Top-notch vibes and the coveted perfect espresso pour (a HARD find in this town!) make Lima the BEST espresso spot in Fort Collins, and I have tried them ALL. The shot is smooth EVERY time and the staff is ALWAYS delightful. Wonderful work, Lima 🤌✨
