I am from out of town and was attracted to this place because I spent time in Peru and Lima and think some of the best coffee comes from that country. I learned that the name Lima is the name of the owner LOL, but it did not disappoint. The light roast drip was wonderfully smooth in aroma, taste and flavor. Lima’s 11:11 blend is one of my favorites. I love to visit Lima when I am in Fort Collins, which is unfortunately less frequent these days. I have an espresso machine at home and order the big bag of beans once a month! I believe I received a funky batch (few and FAR between) and reached out to Lima. Great coffee shop with excellent croissants. The baristas are friendly and knowledgeable. They are happy to adjust the drink to your liking. I preferred my espresso drink a little hotter than they typically make it. Their croissants are flaky, fresh, and buttery. Made daily by the local French patisserie, La Creperie. The ambiance is very comfortable with pleasant outdoor seating. We are traveling through town, but I would make a point to stop here again on a future trip.
