We came for the cider. They did not disappoint. We did a flight with all the ones my bride wanted to try. None were horrible, some were okay and a few were some of the best hard cider we have had.We did order food too. We did not have to wait too long for it. The burgers were cooked a bit more well done than we liked and the fries were average at best.We will certainly be back for the cider.

I came here because I have celiac and loved the idea of a dedicated gluten free kitchen. It was genuinely the worst meal I've had for as long as I can remember. The food is very pricey for what it is - I had fries with a protein of steak added, and the $8 addition of steak turned out to be a measly couple of bites of steak thrown on top in chunks. The steak was bland and rubbery and way overcooked. It was awful - so bad that it made me gag trying to eat it. The fries were soggy and bitter. Both were barely even slightly warm when the food came out. I sat at the bar because I was by myself and it was a comfortable enough environment to eat alone - that aspect was nice. That said, the gal behind the bar asked me how the food was, and I replied that it was very bland and not good. She was not concerned at all and replied "well we don't marinade the steak" and walked off. Terrible food and experience. A complete waste of $17.

I love Locust Cider! Their celiac safe menu is so wonderful! I don't have to play 20 questions to gauge how safe it is for me to eat something. Chef Fat Dan told me how he cleaned the whole kitchen very thoroughly to implement a celiac safe menu, that is 100% gluten free. They also have lots of delicious ciders. I've been really enjoying their hot cider. I try to go here for lunch during work as often as I can, but unfortunately they are only open Thursdays and Fridays for lunch during the work week. Everyone there is wonderfully kind. Oh yea, the food is delicious, I really love the Thai Chicken and the Burger! They also have two tables set up with classic video game systems you can play for free. If you are looking for good food, good cider, good atmosphere, look no further than Locust Cider! Delicious gluten free food has never been easier.

We had a wonderful date at Locust Cider! The bartender was very kind and welcoming and kindly explained what they had. I had the vanilla bean Cider, highly recommend! My husband had the blackberry Cider which he loved. Love that they have a game/book section to play with while there. We also tried the corn ribs and the loaded nachos - definitely going to get them again!

I've had to severely restrict the restaurants I eat at due to celiac disease, and Locust has one of the few dedicated GF kitchens in the area. I SO appreciate this place. My whole family had flights here and we quite literally couldn't find a cider we didn't like. These ciders are some of the best I've ever had, are true to flavor, and not excessively sweet. In addition, the entire restaurant is gluten free and Celiac friendly, and also very allergen friendly in general. The chef cares about his food and was extremely helpful with my allium allergy, which is normally hard to work with. The bartender was also friendly and helpful. Kinda like poutine with this parmeasan cheese sauce instead of gravy. They're soooo good!Staff is always great here as well even though they're very busy. The new sweet potato latkes with the pork schnitzel goes amazingly with this winter season. The Brown mustard cheese sauce? Absolutely to die for. If you are looking for a nice place to celebrate the winter season, I highly recommend visiting here. The Imperial Old aged Vanilla cider, delicious!
