Super friendly and the food is worth going out of your way for. I just had a chorizo breakfast burrito and it was delicious. They have this creamy green sauce that blew me away. I would buy it by the bottle if I could.

Makes me want to move to Ft Collins.

My daughter just moved to Fort Collins from Austin, TX and was looking for a place to get some nice street tacos. I pulled this one up on maps and looked at the reviews so we headed on over for some tacos. I got 3 steak and my daughter got a steak, asada and chorizo. We were both very happy with our tacos. The homemade tortillas do not fall apart or break up on you and it makes it very easy to chow down. The man warned us about the lighter red sauce and said it was a little spicy....

Love this taco truck so much!! They got me thru my pregnancy cravings!
They make amazing steak burritos and my husband works nearby and swears by their breakfast burritos too!
