Second day on a row at MADRE and I am super extra impress with the food, the ambient, the service and the drinks!!!! This traditional hight-end restaurant is a jem to Fort Collins. The owner came to say hi and check on us. The bartender prepares the best mixology drinks in town. Will go back for sure! We had the MADRE ASADA con mole and ribeye tacos. I forgot to take the before photo, didn’t have time because is sooo good !!!
We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was inviting and the service was attentive without being overbearing, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The standout of the night was the rib eye taco, it was absolutely incredible. The flavors were bold and perfectly balanced. It was so good that we ended up ordering more just to savor it again. Ft collins you are blessed to have such an amazing Mexican restaurant in your town. Coming from LA, this place has some of the best, if not the best tacos I have ever had. Don't think twice, eat here.
