Hands down best tacos in Fort Collins and I would know cause I’ve been to every single restaurant and taco truck in the city. Only place that is similarly good is tacostop (but tacostop is not affordable). The food and salsas here are insanely good I’ll be back !
Maggies is definitely one of my favorite spots. I always crave a california burrito/mexican food in general and this place is definitely the closest ive found! Maggie herself is so sweet and understanding when I changed some things in my burrito. For $8 this place is soo good (especially hungover) and I love supporting local small businesses !!🫶
I gotta say one of the best taco trucks in fort collins, though you'd be hard pressed to go wrong with any of them. Maggies does it right with the chicken though. Decently affordable but if you want the most bang for your buck go with the burrito or torta. Mexiburger is also phenomenal but messy as i'll get out
