This is my wife and I‘s new favorite Mexican restaurant in Fort Collins. Food is super fresh and authentic. High quality margs also made with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend the fish tacos and quad grapefruit Paloma. Will the bartender always provides great service and great drinks!

Food was really good! But nothing beats my mommas cooking, that’s why I put 4 stars ? I absolutely loved the atmosphere here! Since the moment I walked in every staff member was nice. Melissa though, she took the cake! Her bubbly person and patience with me because I couldn’t decide what to get was amazing! She was always coming by and asking if we needed anything else! We had ran out of napkins and before I could request some from her she had already put them on the table! ?? It is an American style Mexican restaurant but compliments to the chef(s)! ? Would definitely go back!

Mas Fuegos is one of our favorite restaurants in Fort Collins. The food is always consistent, the drinks delicious, and an eclectic atmosphere. We enjoyed our server tonight; Will did a wonderful job! It’s also a treat when Mitchell is behind the bar.

Modern Mexican place with good food and great service. Melissa made us feel so welcome and at home on our first visit. She was helpful with the menu and drinks and offered suggestions that were highly appreciated. The street corn was the best we’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be back!

When we go out for Mexican food, especially when we're in CO, we want authentic Mexican food - this is not the place for that.The atmosphere was nice, so were the drinks but the food was an Americanized version - just not very good. Good taste and portion on street tacos though.Service - it took us an hour and a half on a Monday night with only 10 tables full and 4 wait staff. We were seat quickly and got the apps but would then have 15-20 minute waits before getting checked on again. We had to ask for our check - got it, then she disappeared. Had to get up and go get our dessert after waiting again - literally saw it sitting in the kitchen as we passed by.....If was just disappointing. After reading the reviews we expected and hoped for more.If you're looking for authentic Mexican - go somewhere else. If you want an American version of Mexican food AND have extra time, it's a good place to go.

Just tried this place at the recommendation of servers at Rally 5 and I'm so glad I tried it!! Preston and Kenzie were incredibly friendly, made me feel welcome, explained menu items and provided recommendations, and did all of it while being genuine and patient. Their house margarita was delicious, but will def be coming back for their Fuego AF cocktail! I also had their bison birria enchiladas (pro tip to add al pastor sauce on top!) and it was amazing. Fabulous quality, especially considering I went at 3pm on a weekday! New favorite place found!
