Masa Hibachi Steakhouse & Sushi | Japanese | Thai - Harmony location

Our party of 6 visited for dinner, and the total bill came out to $198, which included an automatic 18% gratuity. Unfortunately, we left feeling like the value just wasn't there.

When going out for hibachi, I expect a combination of great food and/or an engaging show. In this case, both fell short. The cooking entertainment was very limited and lacked the energy I typically hope for, and the food itself: we ordered a mix of chicken, steak, and shrimp, which was okay, the shrimp was the best.

If either the food or the performance had been outstanding, it would have been a different story, it's hard to justify the cost. We won't be returning.

We came in for my birthday yesterday and so happy we did. The food was amazing! The chef was hilarious and entertaining, my kids had the best time. Our server was absolutely phenomenal. We're already planning on our next visit!

Loved watching the guy serve other tables but once he hame to our to cook was very unsatisfying. did really no tricks did not include customers in the cooking like he did at other tables so was kind of disappointed even though we went there for my birthday

They lose stars for service. We made reservations but we had no chef for a good 30 minutes. The chef was good but had only a couple showy things that you come to expect at Hibachis. We still go for sushi but it will be a one time experience for us.

There were 12 of us celebrating my nephew's graduation from CSU with his master's degree. The salad and soup was delivered within 5 minutes of each other. Then the novice hibachi cook came in and tried to entertain us. It took him 4-5 times to light the grill and almost as much time breaking eggs. Our cook was a novice compared to other theatrics we observed at other hibachi tables. My scallops were tasty, my lobster was over cooked. Others had similar experiences with subpar food preparation. The togo boxes came before we were done eating and while we were waiting for the surprise graduation cake to be delivered by Uber. We were in and out before other parties that started before our cook/show started. I definitely will not be returning...Hopefully you will have better luck should you take a chance.

I can't speak on the hibachi but the sushi is similar to grocery store rolls. The fish is obviously low quality and the texture is odd compared to dedicated sushi resturants. I'm sure their hibachi is great though

We visited this location on Saturday around 10 PM. I understand the restaurant closes at 11 PM and we were among the last guests, but what we experienced raised several health and safety concerns.
While we were still eating, staff were already sweeping and mopping the floors, stacking chairs, and dusting around us. The most concerning part was watching the cook prepare our food and then immediately handle dirty mop water. He placed the dirty water bucket on the counter where we were eating, used lemon juice and a Brillo pad to clean the area, went back to the floor, and then returned to the counter again. It was extremely unsanitary and made us feel rushed and uncomfortable.
Unfortunately, one person in our group became ill the next day, which only added to our concern about the conditions we witnessed. Our cook kept telling us while making our food, I want to go home.
We hope management takes this seriously, as no customer should have to experience this—especially while the restaurant is still open and serving food.

Masa is a really lovely, well-decorated restaurant with a clean and romantic feel. You immediately feel the aesthetic sense of calm when you walk in. I had a bento box lunch there yesterday and it was phenomenal! I can't believe they give 4 shrimp with lunch! The salad dressing was over the top fantastic, I meant to ask if I could buy a pint for take home but got distracted and forgot. My tempura was perfect - the veggies were just as good as the shrimp and the edaname, and california roll (which is crab salad, my favorite) was fresh, generous on the avocado, and delicious. The waiter was really nice, even though I cut him off accidentally at first because I was dealing with a business issue on my cell phone. The poor guy was just trying to make sure I got lunch on time. I haven't written a review in a while - but I had to after seeing the owner also working on site at lunch. I always appreciate places like this where the owner is truly involved. I just happened to stop there because they were the closest place to the doctor's office where I'd just dropped a friend off - but it was really a pleasant surprise, and a really delicious lunch that made my day.

Best hibachi place around! We order the salad dressing weekly, to get my kids to eat salad. Shrimp, steak, salmon, lobster and chicken are all amazing dishes!

Went on New Years Eve with my daughters for lunch. We decided to go here because we wanted sushi and miso soup. We had a $175 bill. When the bill came I added their Val Pak coupon to the folder with my card. The server stated they could not take my coupon because it was a holiday. What? The coupon does not say that. Wish I had checked out the reviews before we went. Won't be going back! Food was subpar.
