I was charged for an order on the app but never got a code for it. There is no order history that says I ever ordered at all yet money came out of my account.
Staff was no help at all.

I come here quite often and they always park your car in the drive thru and make you wait 20-30 minutes for your food. Workers are also very rude and unfriendly, usually don’t care much at all to be at work.

No body here can do their job and take a simple order in a timely manner. Doesn't matter if it's a busy time of the day or a slow time. Good luck getting someone's help. Sat at the front for 10 minutes with multiple employees look at me but none come to take an order.

Didn’t get a bottom bun with my sandwich. How does that even happen? I’ve worked at a McDonald’s in my home town for 2 years and it’s pretty hard to miss a bun. Fries were good tho.

Alot of people at the location aren’t the best at customer service, but Tyler ( I asked for his name today) with out a doubt makes up for that. The young man who usually works the second fast food window time and time again has an amazing attitude. Like seriously he has an amazing attitude and always I mean always has nothing but a positive mindset and makes the customer experience better. This is type of employee to want to keep! This young man deserves a raise!!!

I've been here so many times and no matter if there is a wait or not they make us pull forward and park every time and it's ridiculous. Just give me my food at the window like every other normal fast food place. They are trying to cheat the system and make their ticket times faster but it just makes it inconvenient for all of their customers.
