No body here can do their job and take a simple order in a timely manner. Doesn't matter if it's a busy time of the day or a slow time. Good luck getting someone's help. Sat at the front for 10 minutes with multiple employees look at me but none come to take an order.

Didn’t get a bottom bun with my sandwich. How does that even happen? I’ve worked at a McDonald’s in my home town for 2 years and it’s pretty hard to miss a bun. Fries were good tho.

Alot of people at the location aren’t the best at customer service, but Tyler ( I asked for his name today) with out a doubt makes up for that. The young man who usually works the second fast food window time and time again has an amazing attitude. Like seriously he has an amazing attitude and always I mean always has nothing but a positive mindset and makes the customer experience better. This is type of employee to want to keep! This young man deserves a raise!!!

I've been here so many times and no matter if there is a wait or not they make us pull forward and park every time and it's ridiculous. Just give me my food at the window like every other normal fast food place. They are trying to cheat the system and make their ticket times faster but it just makes it inconvenient for all of their customers.

Management shouldn't demand I answer whether I'm using the app before ordering. I'm never going to use the app. If planning ahead were involved I wouldn't be at McDonald's. "Pull ahead" on one sandwich to make it seem like orders are filled faster too.

I’ve been here before and had at least some fresh food, even if I had to wait a bit.
They made me wait for over 15 min and *all* of our food was old and stale. The chicken nuggets were hard as rocks, the fries tasted like they weren’t even under a heat lamp and all our burgers were cold. AND they forgot the sauces we paid for. There was even another car behind me. I can’t imagine there’s was much worse.
Take the time to serve quality food, even if it takes a minute. That was pure laziness.
Went in here for lunch today, a worker there thought I was someone he knew (at least I assume so) because he immediately came way too close to me and put his arm around me. He was telling the worker taking my order that I’m his best friend and it’s so good to see me. I have never met this man in my life, tried backing away, yet he only got closer and was hugging harder. When he left I asked the worker taking my order if he works here (apparently he works in the mornings) and told her I DO NOT know this man. The look she gave me implied this is a usual occurrence. Please have your workers stop inappropriately touching people, even if they assume they know them.
