Poor service at drive thru by employee. She threw my order in my window and displayed unprofessional behavior. After the meltdown down, my order was wrong and I could not eat it. I'm over this kind of treatment. It may be a long time before I go to any McDonald's again!

i go here 2-3 times a week , why i don't know . every time i order on drive thru and i go back to work always has missing food.
so even now when i go they ask me to wait in a spot bring out my food 10 minutes later and i ask them , please make sure every thing is as ordered . they answer oh yes it's all there then i check and i missing sat least 2 items , i have go go inside and talk to manger and the attitude is you want your money back or do you want the food . i told here i own a large company all i want is her to manger her employees . seems she didn't care . money or food wow ! i be firing that's what i do , or micro manage your manager

Pulled up to the drive-thru and noticed they were playing loud rap music on the restaurant speakers. Not kid friendly at all with the cursing. Got home and realized I was missing items from my order. The GM was there but man, I can't believe she didn't put a stop to the music at least.

The items missing was frustrating and something about the whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. I come here probably once or twice a week. I work oilfield and although it's not healthy my job is physical enough that I have zero energy to cook some days. And a fatty, greasy burger just hits the right sorta spot. I don't dislike rap. I dislike that the workers playing it on the speakers don't give a crap about what other people's kids might hear. I for one have kids and would not want them to hear the curse words being played quite loud over the speakers. GM, do better. Owner, please put a stop to this before it gets worse.

This morning I went and got my child an order of the pancakes. From the moment we arrived and order the communication sucked. I ordered from someone who was fluent in English. Never gave them attitude even though they were since the moment they spoke to us. As a mother I am furious because they intentionally placed a ball of hair in between the pancakes. My son didn’t noticed it until he got to the second pancake. How do you accidentally miss it? Unless you intentionally placed it in there. I called the store and again the manager on duty was super rude and instigated we did it and not them as they have never had an issue like this during her shift. This is disgusting and not okay! Watch out FOCO!

Sunday February 1st 6:00 this morning went to McDonald's ordered hotcakes found a gigantic wad of hair in my hotcakes called manager do not accept the fact that there was hair in the pancake no care for customers disgusting Don't go there

I’m dropping my rating to a 3 star because of the awful experience we had with the guy at the drive through tonight. He’s a large man, at the drive through often recently, almost always moody. Ordering food for my kid and asked if he could give extra fries instead of apples and he got REALLY rude about it. My family loves ginger though that woman is fantastic, she’s always so kind and we are bummed when we don’t see her. If it wasn’t for her I’d give this place a 1 star because we have only had pleasant interactions with maybe 2 people.

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes staff is on it and amazing. One manager, the lady, is consistently rude and always parks you. I have been parked multiple times for varying order sizes. Tonight, did a mobile order, four meals, parked in front for 10 minutes. Two others already parked, and I had drove straight to the order box with another car that was finishing their order for a drink at the other box. Sometimes I am parked for just a happy meal. They constantly get things wrong or miss items. Honey packets and given honey mustard.

Honestly no point in ordering large fries here. Gotta miss the old days when they'd overflow these things. There's a older woman who works here though and she has the most fantastic customer service ever though so that's always nice.

This location is very small, has dirty tables, charges customers for toppings. I would absolutely suggest that you go to another location. I typically do not stop at mc dees but this experience will definitely help me stick to my diet. Thanks for that!!!

Terrible service. Everyone talked the whole time. Even after my food was already made, I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes before someone banned my food. Not acceptable in the food service industry. Will never recommend this location the service was that bad 👎🏾

Went thru drive through on 10/10/25.. Ordered two regular hamburgers. Each hamburger was hard and had about three flakes of the dehydrated onion on them. DO BETTER!!!
