There are good, well-run McDonald's and there are bad ones to avoid. This one sucks, service is horrible, and you should just keep driving to another McD's. I pulled up to the drive-thru at 10:23. At 10:29, I pulled in front of the speaker box ready to place my order. While I waited for them to take my order, the menu screens at the drive-thru changed over to the lunch menu. Four seconds later, the employee asked for my order. I explained I wanted to place a breakfast order and that I'd been waiting in line and the menu changed WHILE I was waiting to place my order. She refused to take my breakfast order.
This McD's has no interest in good customer service and they don't care if you're satisfied or happy with your visit. If I want McD's, I'm never going to this location again. You should avoid this McD's and find one somewhere else in the city. There are many to choose from, but don't choose this one. You'll likely drive away underserved, disrespected, and upset.

Dont bother asking for a modification or mac sauce on a burger. This place is literally incapable of fulfilling such a difficult request.

It's not the same as it was. It used to be really family oriented. Now it's a cold, dark place. Feels like a post-modern morgue. No customer service. Automated. It's robotic.

I know the manager that works the night shift, from a previous job ! He's a nice guy, but the crew he takes care of are just plain rude. GenZ don't got any respect or manners! These little kids can't even take a thank you without taking it the wrong way .

I frequent this location as it's nearby my house and I just appreciate so much how on top of their game they are. All the workers at the drive through are nice, fast, and do a great job. I also just adore the older woman who works the drive through window, she's probably the nicest fast food employee I've ever encountered! The food is always fresh and they never forget my sauces! Preording on the app makes things so easy to use the drive through or curbside spots and they always come out to you with a good attitude and an accurate order. Props to this location!

How stupid is it that this location has to remotely unlock the bathrooms if you want to use them! And it’s apparently “for our safety” like how does that do anything for our safety

This is the only Location that’s the closest l to us. Every time I come here they always make us wait out front for an order fries or hash brown or cookies or they don’t have anything cooked and ready and then I’m outside in the front waiting for 20 minutes to be forgotten about. it’s ridiculous. McDonald’s makes billions a year and this is how their quality has dropped. Not that there was much quality anyway _because it’s fast food. Buffer company has been around since the 50s. It’s not exactly fast food. This last time I was charged for two things. I only received one. And don’t try asking them to remedy the situation because they won’t do that either.

If I could rate this experience, it would be a -10. The Customer service is terrible. I am a construction worker and asked for a small cup of water, and both times I went by. They gave me a problem, and had to ask their manager if they can give me a cup of water a small cup of water. I would advise anybody to go to any other McDonald’s for food and if you want to be treated like an actual human being. Also to the general manager and the corporate manager learn how to put signs up somewhere saying that there’s no more Small cups of water for free. & If you don’t like your job at McDonald’s, then quit. you employees need to learn some Common sense, and courtesy. never will have respect for you guys again.
