This location is very small, has dirty tables, charges customers for toppings. I would absolutely suggest that you go to another location. I typically do not stop at mc dees but this experience will definitely help me stick to my diet. Thanks for that!!!

Terrible service. Everyone talked the whole time. Even after my food was already made, I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes before someone banned my food. Not acceptable in the food service industry. Will never recommend this location the service was that bad 👎🏾

Went thru drive through on 10/10/25.. Ordered two regular hamburgers. Each hamburger was hard and had about three flakes of the dehydrated onion on them. DO BETTER!!!

Xavier was awesome ! He made sure my food was hot and made correctly, he also made sure that the homeless man in the lobby didn't stay long(he was bothering everyone) and made the dine in experience a perfect 10/10

And I han a friend with me who works at a different location but the same company, try to get a free frappe with a coupon they had from working at the same company and the manager here said no, but was here last week at the same time and they did give it to them how does one manager say yes in one manager saying no. Need to get it together if you work for a place you work for a place you're not going to know every single person that works at the other building. Some people act like they own the place.

I ordered a double bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Got a single egg McGriddle. I hate McGriddles. And now I also hate this location that thought it was okay to send me the wrong order.
It's McDonald's what are you expecting. At this particular one you want to use the drive thru. The service inside is almost non existent. I've waited over ten minutes standing at front counter before with no one in front of me

After seeing how poorly this store is rated I’ll assume the manager has no desire to improve. But I’ll provide my feedback anyway. Came through drive through this evening around 5:30. When I arrived I was the only car in line. I had a short wait which wasn’t a problem but then I had to ask for our drinks when I got our order. Gave us our drinks with no straws. Fries were cold when we received them and I mentioned to the young man our fries were cold. His response was yes, sorry. Got home and my iced tea was sweetened. Come on folks. This isn’t that hard. And yes, I did work at McDonalds when I was younger so I understand the job. Take pride in your work.

This is the WORST Mc.donald's I've ever visited! 1. The manager was sitting on her phone in the lobby as us customers waited well over 5 minutes to even get anyone to the counter to wait on us! and she still had to get up and unlock the register for the girl that waited on us! Customers were coming in with food missing and orders wrong as we waited over 10 more minutes to get our food and drinks! With this type of wait you would think the food would be fresh LMFAO, that didn't happen! Then there was only 1 black kid working with all the Mexicans and the girl was absolutely RUDE to him over an order that another employee told him was an inside order but was actually an order for outside that the gentleman was already in the store to pick up because he waited for so long outside! This Mc.Donalds is absolutely PATHETIC!! I won't EVER come here again

Almost every time I come here they ALAWAYS mess up the order somehow. They are super SLOW just took me 20 minutes to get some fries and a cheeseburger. I don’t get it dude how is it this bad compared to back then. Legitimately need to do something about this. The food even be tasting stail.
