The attitude at this location towards customers is out of control. We went though the drive though and were parked the girl came out gave us our food. I realized they didn't put any of the sauce in the bag so we asked if we could get the honey mustard for the nuggets. She rolls she eye goes inside comes back out. She was literally on her phone wouldn't even look up. Basically tossed them in the window since she was too busy to look up from her cell phone. Rude as hell! Then the food, the nugget tasted disgusting.

Two days in a row my 4 year old didn't get cheese on his plain cheeseburger happy meal. The second time I used points in the app. I was told through drive through I have to pay for a cheese slice. Yes ok, since now McDonald's is a five star priced restaurant I will pay for a slice of cheese for almost one dollar. My son opens it and is upset. We drive back again and I go inside. The Spanish lady manager walked up notifying me I needed to pay for cheese. I tried showing her the receipt of the special request which was paid for. She did not want to look at it. She took the plain hamburger rudely and threw it in the trash. The day before the guy gave me the one they were going to throw. I did not appreciate the way I was treated and if it weren't for my son wanting a toy my family would not eat there. If they spent more time on customer service rather then how their uniforms look or not be so worried on charging for every little thing it would be a more pleasant dining experience. My family can eat for the same price at a steakhouse.

Go through drive through and order online to make it faster and food is NEVER READY. They constantly make you park and wait for food that is supposed to be ready when you get there. They make their times look good by making everyone park for their food and say it's done. I should never have to park for an order of fries

i’ve now gotten my burger wrong 4 times in a row. it very clearly shows that it’s been ordered correctly on the sticker and yet it’s made wrong, FOUR times in a row. the same mistake as well. my burger says pickle ONLY and there’s been onions everytime. which is basically impossible to fix bc they are tiny soggy little pieces and even if i get every last bit off, it still tastes completely like onion, it’s disgusting and i can’t eat it. it’s extremely frustrating to be looking forward to something just to be disappointed and i don’t have time to come back after i get home and find that my VERY simple instructions were not followed. for the fourth time in a row. so now i’m wasting my money too, thanks!!!
